I grew up baking with my grandma we always made something new when I would sleep over. This was a big part of my life, it brought people together. This has influenced my life by the traditions, food, and how I was raised. I was taught to speak both english and spanish. A Mexican tradition we have is every year around Christmas we make tamales. And on new years eve we eat twelve grapes to symbolize each month and what we want to accomplish. Even though I hate driving in the snow it can be a lot of fun. Every year me and my family will build snowmen, igloos, and go sledding. This has made me who I am because it taught me that hard work can pay off. It was a fun bonding experience for me and my family.
