- Possible drug overdose- used either pills or syringe, either by accident, force, or suicide
 -Heart attack, history of heart problems may have led to a heart attack because of poor care.

-Hyperglycemia- High blood sugar, lack of using insulin and poor dietary choices led led to blood sugar getting too high.

Manner of death: Natural or Accidental
This manner was chosen because after the autopsy was done and more experiments had been conducted, it was confirmed that it was not another person(homocide). It was not accidental or suicide, because she did not fall or do something wrong on accident, because of the levels or drugs in her blood, and nothing physical or in the blood showed signs of suicide. She died from something going on internally, so it was natural because it was caused by the body.

Examination Results: Sickle Cell

Possible Causes of Death: Sickle Cell Disease- lack of medication, not regulating the body leading to too many cells sickling and causing clotting, infection from sickle cell, oxygen deprivation due to clotting.

Examination Results: Heart Disease + Atherosclerosis
-bad heart vapes, either weakened or bad in the beginning.
-hypertrophy in the walls of the heart due to overworking
-atherosclerosis, build up of fats in blood vessels. results from high cholesterol causing the buildup of fats.
-the arteries have less space in them, causing the heart to have to pump harder. this makes the heart muscles grow, making the heart bigger and less functional.
Possible Causes of Death: high blood pressure causing heart failure, heart valves couldn't close correctly, bad distribution of oxygenated blood, atherosclerosis causing a block of blood flow. The heart became too big, and stop functioning. High cholesterol led to too much buildup of fats causing lack of blood flow.

-Metabolic syndrome is not present
-Obesity and high blood pressure are present, but not enough to diagnose
-behavior risks include a diet high in both calories and fat, three glasses of wine each day after work, and lack of exercise

- Diagnosis is that she has stage one hypertension, elevated blood pressure
-Explanation of Symptoms: 
- High Blood Pressure, 140/72
- Low heart rate(Bradycardic) resting from 18-45, max 190/110, slight heart murmur present
-EKG shows mitral valve regurgitation
- premature ventricular contraction- abnormal heartbeats in the longer chambers
-ST elevation- heart attack
- ventricular tachycardia- lower chambers beating too quickly
-Vasotec- high blood pressure diabetic kidney disease
-bad heart valves, either weakened or bad in the beginning
-ventricular hypertrophy- enlargement and thickening of blood vessels
-congenital heart disease

Infectious disease
-Sickle cell crisis, in the hospital for 5 days
-Contacted a urinary Tract Infection
-Urinalysis indicated a bacterial infection
-Gross examination of colony morphology indicated large colonies with wavy/irregular margins
-Gram staining results negative, with bacillus morphology
-Biochemical tests shoe the presence of Serratia marscenscens 
-Diagnosis: Urinary tract infection of caused by the bacteria S. marcenscens
Treatment: antibiotics, specifically aminoglycide and antioseudonimal beta-lactam, and sometimes cefepime, pain medication containing phenazopyridine
