Changing schools every year has mostly negative aspects, but one of the positive facets is not having the audacity to think about accommodation. In this nomadic process, which leads me to always be "awake", I can perceive what is best in each school and realize that one or the other is here or there, delayed or advanced, in various items. Often, when I say constructively, I hear several times, "I do not know what it's like in other schools, but here, that's how it is done!", This is a reality that sometimes bothers.

So I think it will not be a project that has succeeded there or beyond, one or another person making a change and that schools will almost always be behind in the trends of the world around them. This, firstly, by the fear and resistance of the "bosses" (almost always unconscious); second, by not giving importance and interest to the feedback of our students, third, by many times the power (business or political) in the To impose solutions to think only of profits and fourth to not have the freedom and opportunity to adapt to the changes.

In order for innovation to succeed at all times (following the trends), it seems obvious to me that all those involved in education must be invited and duly heard.

My school has computers and projectors in virtually every classroom. Some rooms have Interactive Whiteboards. Summaries are digital, almost all administrative processes (documents) are concentrated in databases. There is a tendency to computerize as much as possible. However in the teaching process, despite some good tools that the school gives, I think most teachers only use the projector for "PowerPoint". Some still use chalkboard and chalk in a traditional teaching style.

I use Dropbox and OneDrive daily where I share the various docs with students and others. In my classes, we use different technical applications, some promoted by me, others filtered after, suggested by the students. To communicate with students outside the classroom (PAP, FCT, questions, etc.) we use WattsApp. Use mobile devices only in specific parts of classes, or perform tasks such as video production, presentations, etc.
