Development of mentoring programme to support Teacher Ed mentors - identified risk with Ted EQA activity - focus of new ITE framework.

Development ie Research and Scholarly activity opportunities for HE staff and beyond -funded.

Mandatory requirement for HECourse approvals - how can Curriculum areas be blocked from running courses/enrolling students if no HE course approval - will reduce risk.

Widen Scope of HE Quality Assurance not just traditional HE OfS registered courses but also all L4+ courses including apps.

More meetings as a team to share activity to allow for holistic performance

Review the trauma informed, restorative antiracist agenda - what this means for quality and evidencing

Collaborate with other aspect leads (BA/PD) to formulate holistic appropriate support
