Ormie tried many times to get the cookies but failed every time. When he tried to climb up on boxes, they collapsed inwards, when he tried to climb up using plungers, they got stuck to the fridge door, and when he skydived his umbrella broke, sending him plunging to the ground. After each attempt he didn't give up, he got more determined and elaborate with each attempt because the more he failed the more he wanted to succeed and because the basic attempts didn't work he had to use more innovative ways to get the cookies. In his final attempt he pretty much gave up and started banging on the fridge causing the cookie jar to topple over and spill out the cookies, he was overjoyed but when he was about to bite into his cookie, the cookie jar fell on his head blocking his mouth. he probably wouldn't have gave up then, I think he would have tried to pull it off or maybe smash it, he is really determined to eat those cookies.

I don't think he would have stopped there, because he had already put so much effort into trying to get them down, and I don't think he would have just given up then. To try and get the jar off his head, he might have tried pulling, cutting, or smashing the jar off his head.

Ormie tried to push the jar of cookies down with a broom, he used a growth mindset because he was trying to accomplish a task. After that he tried to use a seesaw and a bowling ball to launch him in the air, he used a growth mindset because he's still working to get the cookies. Then he used boxes to stand on to walk up but he failed, he used a growth mindset because he's working toward getting cookies. His last attempt is jumping up against the fridge and then failing then he slouches because he's sad then the cookies fall onto his head the he tries to eat one and the jar falls on his head, he used a growth mindset and completed the goal but then an unfortunate event happened. He would stop there and he would have not tried again.

On his last attempt he slams against the fridge and it knocks the bowl over.He would of probably given up right here. This is a fixed mindset.

His first attempt was to knock the jar down with a broom. His next attempt was to fashion a ironing board into a seesaw like minuver. His third attempt was to climb up cardboard boxes to the top. His final attempt was to jump out of an airplane on to the jar. His mindset was to not give up, he kept trying after each failure. His last attempt is jumping against the fridge and hitting the fridge violently. Yes I think he would have stopped there because right after that he plops down and hits the fridge. All the cookies fall down and he catches one and when he goes to bite it the jar falls on his head.

Add private comment…

Ormie tried to get a jar of cookies using many different tactics, failing every time. A few of Ormie's failures were, Ormie tried to get the cookies down using a broom, which just pushed it further up on the fridge, Ormie tried to get the cookies by stacking up cardboard boxes, that collapsed in on each other, Ormie tried to walk up using plungers, that stuck to the fridge doors, Ormie tried to bounce up using a trampoline, but the trampoline broke, and Ormie tried to use a fishing rod, that got a fish instead of the cookies. After each failure Ormie demonstrated a growth mindset by not giving up and keeping on trying. In his final attempt, Ormie just sat up against the fridge and bumped it so that the cookie jar fell over and cookies started falling out, but just as he was about to eat one, the jar fell onto his head preventing him. I think that Ormie would have tried his best to get the jar off of his head so that he could eat the cookies. Most likely Ormie would have used a way similar to those that he used to try and get the cookies, to get the jar off his head.

When Ormie tried to get the jar of cookies on top of the fridge, he tried many ways to get to the top of the fridge like when he tried to use some cardboard boxes and make them into a set of stairs but ended up collapsing to the floor. He also tried to jump out of an airplane and land on top of the fridge but ended up falling on the floor instead of the fridge. Finally, one last attempt that I can remember that Ormie made was when he tried to push the cookies off the top of the fridge with a broom but didn't fall to the ground.
____________________________
In the video, Ormie's mindset was growth mindset because after every failure, he tried to think of a new way to get the cookies on top of the fridge.
____________________________
In the end of the video, after he tried to jump off the airplane and failed, he decided to give up and when he bumped into the fridge, the cookies fell. He got so happy and when he was about to eat the cookie, the jar fell on his head and got stuck. What I predict would happen next is he would try to find ways to get the jar out of his head.

He probably would have then tried to take the bowl off of his head, or would try many ways to break or slip it off.

His mindset after this is he learn's he cannot climb up on a stool because he is still not tall enough with the stool. Another failure is trying to bounce on a trampoline up to the cookies.
