I wish for the program to inspire growth that goes beyond the classroom or workshops — growth that transforms how we see ourselves and how we influence our communities. I hope we leave this program not just with new knowledge, but with a deeper belief in our power to create meaningful change.

Most of all, I hope GGLA becomes a lifelong sisterhood — a network of girls who continue to uplift, challenge, and support one another long after the program ends. Because true leadership, to me, is not about leading alone, but about rising together.
