He learned about investing in the stock market, managing assets, and the laws that govern all types of businesses. After graduating, Cole Hranicky worked as an intern at Gerber Construction for four weeks. Aside from studying building logistics, construction documents, and architecture plans, he also had the opportunity to shadow the builders as they worked at various construction sites. In August 2019, Mr. Hranicky enrolled at Texas Tech University, where he maintains a GPA of 3.4 out of 4.0. He is currently on his way to earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in real estate. During his freshman year, Cole Hranicky volunteered for nonprofit organizations, including UMC Children’s Hospital and the Houston Food Bank. At the latter, he organized, packed, and stored foods, including fruits and vegetables, to avoid donating expired items.
