         <description><![CDATA[<p>I had a friend who was very pessimistic, really pessimistic, she was always discouraged and that's why she always repeated things like "I'd better not have come if they were going to punish me because I didn't complete my homework" "Because for me" "Everything goes wrong for me" , she was really pigeonholed in her negative thinking and many times what she said happened but she didn't really do anything to change it.</p><p>One day in psychology class we saw a topic similar to positive mentality and she started doing it in the form of a game.</p><p>Little by little he changed his "I better not have come, I didn't do my homework" to "I'm going to arrive early and do my homework in the morning", and he also began to make changes in his attitude, that is, he didn't just change his thoughts but also his way of looking for solutions to difficulties.</p>]]></description>
