    1.One (more or less) hot Chile pepper, cleaned, seeds removed ,
    chopped.

    2.One medium onion, chopped. 

    3. Two to four Tomatoes, thinly sliced.

    4. Juice one or two lemons or limes or a few tablespoons of vinegar.

    5. Up to one teaspoon salt.

    6. Fresh cilantro (coriander leaves, dhania) chopped.

    7. One cucumber, peeled and sliced (optional)

    8. One small cabbage, shredded (optional)

The droughts have elimated most of the water there. People depend on the water to get and help grow food. Fish, wheat, and farm animals are some of the major resources that are influenced by the droughts.
