<title>The language of the Lydians is similar to the Hittite language. With the collapse of the Phrygians, the Lydians set up an independent state in 680 BC. The first kings are Giges. Their capitals are Sardis. This is the largest and richest city of that period. Giges established a very powerful army and extended its borders to the Red River in the east. He cooperated with the Assyrians during the wars against Kimmler and took the King&#39;s Road to Assyria. Milton first made peace with Medler in 585, and there was a border between the Red River Lydians and the Medes. The Lydians were the first to use money. They used gold, silver and electrolytes to make the money. The last King Kroisos time was the brightest and richest period of the state. However, as a result of a sudden attack by the Persian Empire, this rich state vanished.</title>
