In preparation for potential roof leaks, floods and to avoid damage to your personal belongings we suggest the following:

1. Check and maintain weather-stripping around your garage door.

2. Remove personal items off the floor, just in case you get flooding in your basement car parks or your garages.

3. If you see your basement car park flooding, move your vehicle to safety before the water levels are more than roughly around 7.5 - 10cm's.

4. Ensure roof gutters are kept clear

   
   

If there are any urgent issues affecting your property please contact State Emergency Services (SES) on 132 500.

Please note, we will do all we can to assist with the maintenance task that comes through to our office.

Although, with leaking and flooding repairs, unfortunately, most tradesmen are unable to attend to the repairs until the rain stops. Hence why we suggest, contacting SES if you fear the issue is dangerous. 

We ask you to be patient with our Maintenance team, as there may now be some delays across all repairs being completed due to the weather. Urgent repairs, aside from leaking repairs, will still be made a priority. Any other maintenance task that is not classified as urgent, within your lease agreement will be processed as normal, although you may experience a delay in completion due to the current conditions.
