Han Jun

From the personality test my results are:

Energy: 65% introverted

Mind: 64% observant

Nature: 64% thinking

Tactics: 57% prospecting

Identity: 51% turbulent

Based on my results I have determined that I would excel in crisis situations and short-term projects. However, I would consider long-term planning as an unnecessary constraint sometimes. I would prefer freedom and dislike rigid structures which could sometimes cause challenges, especially in environments that demand strict adherence to rules or long-term commitments. My traits give me flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. From the tests it is indicated that the career path of mechanics and computer science suits me.

The two most important values for me are observant and thinking. These two skills are essential no matter the environment or situation. Being observant allows me to analyze a situation and adapt accordingly. Whereas thinking allows me to process information quickly and come up with plans to resolve the issues at hand.

I do not have a specific ethical boundary; I am the type who either go with the flow or do according to what I have determined to be the best course of action. I believe this is what allowed me to have my current personality and the results from these tests.

Jovin (ESFP-T)

The results of my personality test are:

Energy: 53% Extraverted

Mind: 75% Observant

Nature: 63% Feeling

Tactics: 63% Prospecting

Identity: 79% Turbulent

Based on the result, I have concluded that my abilities would go far beyond mere showmanship while I excel in the spotlight. I have a natural talent for reading people and situations, allowing myself to adapt effortlessly to any social setting. This resulted in people being drawn to my warmth and authenticity and often finding themselves opening up to me with surprising ease. However, my love for the present moment can sometimes overshadow the need for future planning. I would definitely agree with the result as I may often find myself avoiding long-term focus or detailed analysis, preferring jump from one exciting project to the next which spontaneity is part of my charm, but it can also lead to challenges when life demands more structure and consistency. This comes to a conclusion that I should find a balance between my free-spirited nature and the need for stability and long-term vision.

The two values that are most important to me is being Observant and Turbulent. High weightage in Observant allows me to be clear on what is happening and what likely is going to happen next and Turbulent allows me to work harder to keep improving myself and be perfect in everything that I am working on.

I would say that I do not have any ethical boundaries as I am able to work well with most of the people I have encountered, which made me a good team-player.

Even if I have to go out, I would rather go to quiet and peaceful places than crowded places. As an ISFJ (Defender), I offer support and practical care to people around me. I prioritize people's feelings when it comes to making decisions or having conversations. My characteristics are being attentive to details and aware of my surroundings. I value close friend circles more than large groups.

2.Value that are important to me is observant and feeling. Being observant indicates that I lean toward practical and detail-oriented perspectives but rather than theory, I prefer reality. I like to concentrate on facts, and I usually don't like being asked or need to imagine hypothetical situations. Also, Feeling is important, and I prioritize empathy over logic when it comes to making decisions. Therefore, these two traits are the core of my decision, and I believe they provide balance as observance keeps me focused on reality and facts whereas the feeling side helps me think of other's perspectives and feelings.

3. My ethical boundaries are respect and empathy. I believe treating others fairly and respectfully is essential. I have a very high standard in respecting others' privacy and boundaries. I can be both extroverted and introverted, depending on whichever the situation requires, or whichever feels more suitable/natural at the point in time.

The 2 values that are most important to me would be Extraversion and Feeling. I think that it is important to be able to interact with others well without feeling much discomfort, making interaction with others something of a second nature. The value of feeling is important to me as it allows me to empathise with others, subsequently taking action, for example, tailoring my responses to empathise with others. This will allow me to encounter fewer conflicts.

My ethical boundary would be the principle of loyalty. I believe that loyalty is an important principle to abide by as all emotional relationships are built off trust between parties. It would be unethical and distasteful to betray those who place their trust in us for whatever reason, be it for our own benefit or due to unhappiness with the other party. If one is unhappy, the best course of action would then be to inform the other party of their unhappiness, and cut them off should they refuse to change. This way, even if the other party does not abide by such ethical boundaries, at the very least I have done so.

I have good communication skills and have a pleasant environment. It's also said that I set high standards for me.

2) Two values that are most important to me are discipline and creativity. discipline as it allows us to act properly in all kinds of situations and make proper decisions. It would allow us to not support the wrong doings and be against it. Being disciplined would allow us to be able to adapt to any environment. creativity as it is something everyone should have as it will help them think and come out with ideas which is very helpful in school and at work. There is a need to have thinking processes before we do something like assignments/projects or even before we make any decisions we have to think about it.

3) My ethical boundary would probably respect and being honest. You should always be honest and admit it when one has done any mistakes. Even is the person is younger or older than you, everyone should give respect and take respect. We should treat people, how we want to be treated.
