Access criteria:

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Live in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland.

  • Be more than 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4 years old.

  • Receive:

    • Universal Credit with a household earned income of £408 or less per month, or

    • Pension Credit that includes the child addition.

  • Alternatively, be under 18 and pregnant.
