The U.S. spends about $22.6 billion dollars on NASA every year and in total NASA has spent about $650 billion dollars, but it brings more improvements to technology for things on earth. So now the question is "Should we spend valuable resources on space exploration"? Yes because if we were to explore beyond the earth we could learn more about space and what it has to offer and if we were to explore even further we could learn that we aren’t the only ones out in space. Humans can be very curious to know about things and space is a huge area to explore so why not explore with valuable resources because we are very curious. If we can use valuable resources for space exploration then things like technology can be improved by satellites and new materials, and if we can improve technology then we can improve the earth with that technology by helping the earth

In conclusion if we didnt spend a lot of money and valuable resources on space exploration a lot of things could happen such as us not even knowing if the earth is round or flat. We wouldn't know things like what Saturn's climate is like or when a hurricane could happen. The expansion of space exploration has given us things that we use on a regular basis such as knowing where to go on apple.co "maps" where we find where to go and we have the phone tell us where to go. other things like watching football games off of a TV comes from a satellite.
