         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br><strong>MANTI<br><br></strong><br>Turkish cuisine is known for <strong><mark>its</mark></strong> rich flavors and variety of dishes that reflect the country's cultural and historical influences. One of the most <strong>prefer</strong>red dishes in Turkish cuisine is manti with minced meat. Mantı is a main dish consisting of several stages. First of all, in a mixing bowl, combine meat, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt and with your favorite spices for filling. Secondly, For dough in a large mixing bowl, combine flour, water and egg. Knead the mixture until <strong><mark>it</mark></strong><mark> </mark>forms a smooth dough and divide<mark> </mark><strong><mark>it</mark></strong> into equal small pieces. Thirdly, roll the dough out into thin sheets and cut <strong><mark>them</mark></strong><mark> </mark>into small squares. Then for cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop the manti into the boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes or until the manti float to the surface. Later, remove the cooked manti from the water and drain. Finally, for serving in a small bowl, mix together yogurt and minced garlic. Melt the butter in a separate pan and add ground dried mint and chopped parsley. Arrange the cooked manti on a plate and pour the melted butter over <strong><mark>them</mark></strong>.
