Instructions:

1. Only gather seaweed from the shoreline to ensure that it is fresh
2. Wash seaweed at home in cold water and outdoors before freezing or using - sand will clog up the bath!
3. Place in freezer bag and pop in freezer for up to 12 months to use whenever suits you, or -
4. Run a very hot bath and leave seaweed to soak in the hot water for 10-15 minutes
5. The water will turn brown but this isn’t dirt, it’s the natural marine oils in the seaweed being released into the water. You can leave the seaweed in the bath or remove it before you jump in.

Seaweed baths or good for eczema, psoriasis, acne, dry skin, spots, itchy skin. The oils that are found in this form of seaweed are also associated with many premium ranges of skincare and beauty products.
