I don't really know how God is calling me. I feel that He is calling me to married life but there has been no specific way God has been calling me lately.

I know God is calling me because I trust that it is Him and not my mind. There is no way for me to know that God is calling me other than to pray to Him and trust in Him.

Inspiration for vocation

Two people I was very inspired by were Chris and Dave Carlson. They inspired me to trust in God. The way that their marriage stayed together and grew stronger through the sickness also inspired me.

Committed single life

Another vocation I may be called to is single life. As a single person I can have more Christian Freedom. I could commit my self to help the church and go on mission trips.

Saying your vows

In both marriage and in holy life you take vows. In marriage, you take vows to love each other for the rest of their lives. In the holy life, you take vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience.

Law of the gift
