Mike, it's been a real pleasure. As one of our first fully remote team members you've shown it really can work, you've slotted in immediately. You've made a real impact, even taking on Dockerising CHIPS in your first week as a lead developer. You've had some of the best backgrounds with strimmers, and landrovers on show :-). As well as your great work I've also enjoyed talking to you about forgery and nuclear bunkers! 

Good luck for the future, please stay in touch, if you ever come to Cardiff it would be great to meet IRL!
