TOPIC 5 :
Hello teacher, today i will talk about my eating habit. I usually have breakfast at 9 o'clock every day. I like fast food and soft drinks or coffee. This keeps me active and alert. My lunch starts at 12 o'clock. I enjoyed lunch because it was full of everything I liked. My food is always hot. I don't like too salty food. That makes me thirsty. I like fried food, boiled vegetables and soup for lunch. Then I rest or continue working. I usually drink coffee or water while working because it helps me focus. At 6:30 pm I have dinner. Dinner as well as lunch. I usually eat instant noodles in the middle of the night because I like to work at that time.

District 9. his hometown is NINH THUAN . full name of him is NGUYEN NHU DAT .he is tall and his hair is short . i like phay with him because is rich, intelligent and frienndly .he likes Literacy, reading, listening to music. I am always proud of our friendship, and we will keep it like this as long as we can.

i'am An Phu . today , i'am going talk about  my family have 4 people , there are
my father , my mother , sister and me. my father is Loc , he is 50 years old and he's a famer .

always takes care of my family . my sister is phương , she is 16 years old . she is a student,, she
's very cute . and me is An Phú , 19 years old and i'am a student at fpt polytechnic.

In the morning I usually get up at 6:00 AM. After finishing cleaning in the morning , I have breakfast and go to school. I arrived at school at 6:30 am. I eat lunch at 11:30 and I often listen to music, watch movies and play games in my free time. Sometimes, I read books and I often read at noon. I usually exercise every morning and play soccer in the afternoon. I sometimes go to the movies with my best friends. My friends and I often gather on Sundays to go for drinks or coffee. In the end, I usually sleep at 22:00 PM
TOPIC 5
Today , I want to tell you about my favorite food and share with you my earting habits . I start breakfast with a glass of milk and a slice of peanut sandwich , near lunchtime, i drink a can of milk . I usually eat rice , vegetables and meat at for  lunch and dinner , My lunch is 1pm . I have a habit of eating an apple or a banana after dinner . However , sometimes i don't eat lunch or dinner , since I'm fat . I want to lose weight . but right now I'm not well . So i ear lunch and dinner as usual . That's all , thank for listening
