 There can be many reasons why they’re not changing the system. 
 
 - Then they must look at the authorities, the prisons, the judges and the whole system... It´s easier to close the eyes.

-          ECONOMY – many companies are gaining from the growth of the prisons, and if fewer people got imprisoned, then the companies would lose money. 
So money! – Power and racial discrimination are topics close related to the word PRISON.
