Emphasizing that trafficking is against their own will, certainly this has to stop, as it is unfair to people who never wanted any of this to happen,

Bearing in mind that there are 40.3 million victims from trafficking all over the world, sadly only half of them survived, and that half is consistent of men,

strongly condemn that many victims of trafficking are not women, but teenagers, the age range from 12 and up, that is very disturbing because that is a big weight they will have to carry for their whole lives,

1. Considers all nations to put an sos system when civilians feel as if they might get trafficked:
a) when civilian thinks that they are getting trafficked in any way, they can do this code

2. Recommends all nations to consider limiting social media, most of the victims are from social media:
a) urging people to press the private button for any type of social media especially teenagers, because victims in human trafficking are mostly teenagers, girls,
b) informing people who are cautious of their own safety, that if you don’t want to be a victim of human trafficking push the private button, because nobody can see each individual’s posts, videos, if they don’t approve their requests, for example in Instagram nobody can DM one if they are private.

3. strongly support all schools to teach combat in fighting, for the use of self defense:
a) As it is recommended to schools to teach self defense in school during physical education, so that when people are getting kidnapped or taken by force, they can use their self defense skills
4. Having considered that all nations should put more surveillance camera up everywhere that trafficking is common in different angles:
a) be consistent in checking the cameras too so that whenever we see something suspicious or somebody getting kidnapped or harmed, in anyway we can see who it is, with all the different angles

Scientists think this virus might be an endemic.1. We should use new Zealand way of destroying it. Citizens are required to stay at home unless it is absolutely necessary to go out. People are allowed to exercise in their own neighbourhoods, but swimming at the beach is banned. Borders are shut, except to citizens and residents, who are required to quarantine or self-isolate for 14 days upon entry. And almost all businesses are shut. Only the businesses absolutely essential to ensure the necessities of life, like supermarkets and pharmacies, can stay open. The lockdown measures have been paired with isolation, quarantines, widespread testing for anyone who is suspected of being exposed and contact tracing. Once a case is identified, that person’s close contacts are tracked down and required to self-isolate.2. Considers giving everyone temperature check before getting in & out any store. Every store would have a temperature thermometer and the government should make it necessary to check temperature. 3. Deeply concerned about the unprecedented global demand for personal protective equipment (PPE), diagnostic tests and biomedical equipment required for the COVID-19 response has created acute market shortages of these essential supplies,

Deeply disturbed that testing supplies and clinical care equipment for allocation and delivery to low- and middle- income countries facing the greatest difficulties accessing these critical supplies,

Observing that people are not wearing masks,

Noting with deep concern on the impact on economy cause by coronavirus,

Alarmed by the possibility of the spread of the coronavirus destroying economic growth and that government’s action may not be enough to stop the decline,

Fully aware that coronavirus could spread to countries with weaker health systems,

Deeply disturbed by the social isolation every individual person and their country is experiencing now,

Bearing in mind that 213 countries in the world is effected by coronavirus,

Affirming that 6,366,197 are effected by the coronavirus across the world,

Noting with regret that 377,437 has died in the hands of coronavirus globally,

Having examined of protests and an uprising population in anger on issues that started because of the coronavirus,

1.) Encourages all nations to go into lock down mode that includes rules such as but not limited to:
a.) Close public places that are not necessary for use such as but not limited to:
i.) Restaurants
ii.) Shopping malls
iii.) Schools
b.) Limit population flow for places with urgent use by:
i.) with guards and police officers through a polite way
ii.) Building more stores and places for these accesses
iii.) Putting a machine in control of the shop to reduce unnecessary interactions
iv.) Putting security cameras in places to monitor population flows
v.) Placing signs and symbols for assigned spots on where people should stand
c.) Close businesses that does not require workers to be at the direct place;

2.) Further invites all nations to, at public places follow procedures regarding but not limited to:
a.) Put sanitizers in public places and require people to wash their hands per every hour
b.) Set up laws to reduce the risk of getting coronavirus such as but not limited to:

Human trafficking is a serious crime and a grave violation of human rights, with every year of millions of men, women, and children falling into the hands of the traffickers, both nationally and abroad. Mass displacement, conflict, extreme poverty, lack of access to education and job opportunities, violence, and harmful social norms like child marriage are all factors that push individuals into situations of trafficking.
The main usage of it is for military units as soldiers, sexual exploitation, houseworks, and forced marriage, for both of the gender identities. Human trafficking earns global profits of roughly $150 billion a year for traffickers, $99 billion of which comes from commercial sexual exploitation. Globally, an estimated 71% of enslaved people are women and girls, while men and boys account for 29%. Deeply concerned, anyone can fall victim to human trafficking. However, vulnerable populations who have little social and legal protection are the most at risk. The majority of victims are women (70%) and risk for women may be heightened further in areas where extreme gender discrimination prevails.

1. Supports victims by positioning an object individuals could reach out for in unlighted straits in order to provide help for themselves and for witnesses who saw the incident :

- Position police officers in pitch straits, where they can lend a hand when they see any incidents. Human trafficking often happen in places where pitch darkness surrounds. Keeping in mind to avoid those places are not always adequate. Positioning police officers who can assist victims can combat combat incidents that may have happened there if their assistance didn’t exist.

- Create an SOS system in locations that the victims could reach effortlessly. Releasing SOS systems will definitely help the victims in severe troubles, since they can get help from experts. 2. Urges un member states to make an official law related to human trafficking :

- Encouraging states to make human trafficking illegal worldwide since human trafficking is a modern – form slavery. Human trafficking is a crime in several countries, and crime is an offense against society and is generally prosecuted by the state. However in some countries human trafficking is not illegal yet, and needs to be illegal as soon as possible.

3. Emphasizes the victim that caught up in human trafficking and giving the protection and attention they deserve :

- It will be troublesome for victims to get back in their daily life soon as we hope they will, and they need some support. The preeminent way to help the victim back to normal life is to listen to their story, and emphasize exiguous parts, and to remind them that they’re shielded now.

4. Declares accordingly towards all nations to volunteer and support the anti – trafficking in their state :

- The most human trafficking cases have been reported in California, Texas, and Florida, according to the hotline. Las Vegas and Funen is also a hot spot due to the city's culture and high rates of homelessness. Not going to pitch places, reporting as soon as you see any incidents, and being aware of strangers will definitely help to decrease the number of victims in your state.

Deeply concerned that outer-space assets have been damaged by countries and space debris, this brings uncertainty of security in outer space.

Fully aware of the militarization and weaponization are gradually increasing in outer-space, the wrongful use of outer-space will lead to threats, for example, the environment of the outer-space will alter and the equilibrium of the outer-space will be affected.

Bearing in mind the delegate of United States pointed out that the action of forbidding weapons that can cause mass destruction in outer-space useless because any objects orbiting in the outer-space can be a threat to the spacecraft, impossible to verify the real weapons.

Recommends to clean the space debris to prevent the damage of space assets, which is caused by

floating space debris crashing into them. This will also make it easier to verify the real weapons against space assets.

Urges when a country is planning to enter the outer-space, it need to report the purpose of using outer-space to a organization of space and do a ASAT test(Anti-Satellite test). This can prevent countries take damage to space assets and develop military on purpose in outer-space.

Calls upon countries focus on the exploration and study of outer-space instead of aggressive military and arms race, outer-space is only for peaceful use.

Encourages more countries to sign the Outer Space Treaty which is guiding and suggesting the countries to use the outer-space peacefully.

Deeply concerned in a sense that notwithstanding the United States’ position in being only 5% of the world’s population, it possesses approximately 31% of the world’s mass shootings, and by the end of 2019, 417 mass shootings have taken place in the United States,

Nothing with regret that more than 32,000 people are killed every year, which indicates roughly 88 gun deaths each day,

1. Strongly recommends all nations to establish a regulation in which only licensed gun owners may lawfully acquire, possess or transfer a firearm or ammunition, and to ensure that guns are being utilised lawfully and are not injuring the community, through means of:
a) requiring all applicants for a gun owner’s license to determine a genuine reason to possess a firearm
b) ensuring that an applicant for a firearm license passes background checks in ways such as, but not limited to:

b) encouraging all states and nations to enact laws heightening penalties for illegal firearms trafficking and directly criminalize the utilization of “straw purchasers” to purchase guns for prohibited persons or purposes;

3. Urges all United Nation member states to strictly administer unfitting media content and stress the significance of responsible reporting through ways such as but not limited to:
a) ensuring all inappropriate, sensitive content or games are taken off the media, or reported if posted
b) lessening reporting on perpetrators in order to:
i. reduce future incidents concerning media contagion that would impact a shooting that takes place after an initial, highly publicized and sensationalized incident
c) eradicating photos of the perpetrator and victim demonstrated on the internet;

4. Coronavirus disease (covid-19) is a respiratory illness caused by newly discovered coronavirus. 216 countries and areas is confirmed to have been infected by coronavirus disease. Globally, at June 1 2020, there have been 6,057,853 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 371,166 deaths reported to The World Health Organization. The covid-19 virus mainly spread through saliva, or discharge from the nose or mouth after an infected person sneeze or cough. Right now, the country with the most cases is the U.S, with 1,618,757 confirmed cases, followed by Brazil with 362,211 confirmed cases, then Russia with 362,342 confirmed cases. Countries are having lockdowns and some country had imposed a state of emergency. People will get a covid-19 test when going in and out of a territory. A lot of problems had been caused by the virus, such as economy problem caused by the closure of borders which cause the stop of import and exports, hunger problem within the refugees, and the delay of educations because of social distancing. We must take actions to stop the further spread of the coronavirus.

Operative Clauses:
Thailand calls upon all nations should be requiring people going in and out of a city or country to have a 14 days quarantine to further prevent the spread of coronavirus. To do this, nations should be setting and enforcing regulating laws that require people to have a 14 days quarantine when they enter or exit a city or country., there should also be a consequence for people that had not quarantine such as paying a fine, or consequences such as being arrested to ensure people are following the law.

Thailand encourage all nations to requires citizens to wear masks in public all the time in order to stop the further spreading of the coronavirus in the world. To do so, laws should be set and enforced that requires people to wear masks all the time in public. Citizens should also be motivated to wear masks in ways such as being told the information that they are helping the whole wide world by wearing masks in public. Also, citizens should receive a free mask when entering public areas such as mall, restaurant, and park, when receiving the masks, citizens should also be told to wear them to further prevent the spread of coronavirus. Masks can be found by organizations such as the un, and The World Health Organization.

Thailand urges all nations to make sure all the people going in and out of borders, territories , and areas of all kind( for example city border, country border, towns, etc.)to take the COVID-19 test. To enforce this, laws should be passed that requires people to take the COVID-19 test when going in and out of any borders, territories , or areas. COVID-19 testing stations should also be set up on the border or area, if people are going in areas without being tested for COVID-19, they will immediately receive major consequences. Funding for the tests can come form local governments, and other health organizations such as The World Health Organization.

Thailand had note that in some countries, supplies such as masks, hand sanitizers and other medical supplies are running short which is a major problem, for without these vital supplies, the spread of coronavirus may take another step further. To change this saturation, citizens should be encouraged and motivated to make eco-friendly fabric face masks on their own. To do so, there should be free lessons provided by the governments that teach citizens how to make fabric masks. Fabric, filters, and sewing supplies should also be provided by the governments, or citizens use transform old clothings for the fabric.

Bearing in mind this virus is causing us many difficulties, and its effect is immensely huge like our world economy is now in difficulties, students cannot go to school for some countries, and our lives just stopped,

Deeply concerned about this issue, many countries restricted imports and exports, so the world economy doesn’t work well and citizens in some counties are not allowed to go out, except some cases like buying essential products, sending doctors to other places, etc,

Having considered this virus as pandemic, many countries are at an emergency about this virus and we made many solutions about this issue,

Observing that the citizens are at fear, many countries created a solution about this issue, like not letting people come out or in of their country, not letting students go to school, and more,

1. Request help from rich countries to poor countries, rich countries should provide help such as masks, hand sanitizer, health kit, doctors and nurse, and more to prevent more coronavirus cases all around the world:
a. Send doctors and nurses with some medical help to let the citizens in poor countries get the test faster and cheaper,
2. Encourages some scientists and inventors to get scientific help and money from governments from that country to shorten the amount of time getting to invent the vaccine:
a. Provide some money to scientists that are working to get the vaccine so that they can have a better quality materials,
b. All countries should work together to make the vaccine by sending scientific technology and scientists to the country that doesn’t have enough technology and people,
3. Recommend the government should rise emergency level instead of saying that it is not a big problem, some countries got very dangerous because they did it this way,
a. The government should put posters and advertise this issue and warn people by saying that this virus can be dangerous, instead of saying that this virus is not a big problem,
4. Supports the opinion of not letting students go to school, otherwise, the students can be infected by the virus, and because in school, students work together, if one is infected, all of them will be also infected,
a. All students in specific places should participate in online learning rather than onsite learning, and let them communicate with classmates/ teacher by using a video call app like Teams, Zoom, and more,

Fully alarmed by the worldwide spread of COVID-19 in just these past 5 months (early January till now), with 5.9 million confirmed cases worldwide and 367 thousand deaths. Emphasizing the gravity of the situation, if this pandemic is not controlled any sooner, there will be more deaths and global economic will suffer tremendously.

Deeply disturbed that many countries’ hospital/medical institutions are overwhelmed by the surge in COVID-19 patients showing how unprepared many countries were in handling pandemic. Taking into account the virus spread easily around the world as International flights and other crossed countries/cities transportation modes are common.

Contemplating the advice given by WHO that only medical health staff and people who have symptoms and are sick to wear masks. However, currently it has been proven that some infected are asymptomatic.

Seeking more International AID Organizations to extend more help to Rohingya refugees that have fled Myanmar to Bangladesh. Because of COVID-19, There had been been a huge increase in Bangladeshis returning to Bangladesh. Currently we have 780 thousand refugees in refugee camps and regretfully there is no more room and resources to shelter more from coming in. There is very high chance of COVID-19 to spread in the camp.

Encouraging observations of some countries that have successfully kept the pandemic under control, like China, Taiwan, HongKong, Vietnam, NewZealand, etc. This is a welcoming news that we other countries can conquer the virus by learning from their experiences.

1. Encourage every nation to set compulsory laws to help prevent the wide spread of this virus. Wearing of masks to be mandatory, until COVID-19 is under controlled. Those who are sick have to be quarantined at home or in the hospital at all times until fully recovered. Lockdown for cities with alarming number of COVID 19 cases.

2. Urge people who are traveling on trains, planes, buses, etc. (both domestic and international) to practice social distancing. Human trafficking is also particularly prominent in areas stuck by natural disasters. Traffickers profited from the situation by kidnapping numerous children.

One of the dangers in outer space is that almost anything can be used as a weapon. Besides creating an new arms race, the weaponization of space means proliferation of space debris.

The weaponization of space will destroy strategic balance and stability, undermine international and national security, and disrupt existing arms control instruments, in particular those related to nuclear weapons and missiles. These effects will inevitably lead to a new arms race.

To promote the development of a commercial asteroid resources industry for outer space in the United States and to increase the exploration and utilization of asteroid resources in outer space.

Resolutions adopted by the United Nations General Assembly and documents produced by Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space have been a constant driver for the development of space law and international cooperation of Member States in their space activities.

The General Assembly, recognizing that prevention of an outer space arms race would avert a grave danger for international peace and security, would call on all States, in particular those with major space capabilities, to contribute actively to the peaceful use of outer space and to the prevention of an outer space arms race.

1. Urges all nations to set regulating laws to help decrease the number of traffickers among the world, using information provided by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), to set these laws regarding but not limited to:

i. Increasing the number of years to a minimum of 10 years of imprisonment
ii. Increasing the number of years up to a maximum of life imprisonment for the most severe criminals

We need to contribute to stop mass shooting and stop innocent people from dying to guns. This also relate to good health and well being, people will feel unsafe and afraid of going in public. There is no law that can prevent mass shooting, and it is all over America at this point. There is mass shooting because some people might be crazy, or they might have anger or hatred. If there is no solution soon, even more people will die because of other people’s anger and craziness.

1. Ban all guns from normal citizens.
2. Make it harder to get licenses, for example, you could only get guns if you have enough reasons
3. Provide limited amount of bullets allowed for a family
4. If you have any sickness or problem your gun would be taken away

America suggests other countries to ban all gun from normal citizens, and guns should only be found in the military this will prevent citizens from shooting. This will decrease mass shooting to a few or even none. With this rule, people will feel safe and have no pressure about gun safety when going outside. The police will also have to increase their security and add more metal detector to shopping malls and apartment entrances.
America urges to make getting gun licenses harder than before. This will only allow people that knows how to use guns to own a weapon. People that has bad skills or a mental disability won’t be able to get it for safety reasons. There are people that commits mass shootings because they have a mental illness.

Countries all over that world have been enforcing laws to stop the spread, doctors and hospitals have also been trying their best to cure the infected. But there are people around the world that cannot afford medical supplies, or even soap to clean them selves. This can cause people that are unable to test for the virus to end up infecting others. There are also many protesters which disagrees about the existence of the virus, making the virus stop much slower. People are also freaking out about the entire situation, people are wearing multiple layers of masks for extra protection, but then suffocating to death because they can’t breath. 1.89million people are infected by the coronavirus in America.

1.
a. Urge to place military forces(with gears to prevent them from getting infected) in areas that are heavily infected, to punish protesters.
b. Urge to show the protesters what the virus would to to an animal with a similar body structure to a humans, so we can convince them to believe the true existence of the disease.

The problem is gun violence. The main reason for gun violence is usually when the armed feels sad, depressed, angry, heartbroken, or other negative feelings. For example, the mass shooting in Nova Scotia on the 18th of April 2020, the culprit started the attack after a heated argument with his girlfriend, whom survived. This is a problem because many people get hurt and killed. In France 249 people were killed and 928 were hurt in total in 2015. It is also bad because it damages the places reputation. Look, for example, on the 10th December, 2019, a man came into the University Hospital Ostrava, a very angry man whom was perfectly healthy, was convinced that he had cancer. The hospital refused to give him treatment so he came in, very angry and shot everyone in the waiting room and then him self. The hospitals reputation wasn’t as good afterwards. This is why the world should stop this.
These are some solutions I came up with. First in order to be able to own a gun, you should have a license. For example in Germany, there was a mass shooting with the outcome of 31 people dead, the two shooters (Erfurt and Winnenden) shot them selves, there was a new law in place. It became hard to own a gun in Germany. First you have to be 25 years old, and you have to pass a psychiatric test, before they can even sign up for a license. Then they have to wait for a year, pass rigorous tests and have a actual reason and evidence for needing to own a gun. This is a amazing example because after this law was put in place, the mass shooting percentige in Germany has dropped by half.
A second solution should be to take control over all gun factories to make sure they are not being sold illegaly. This is in order for people without a permit or license to buy a gun. For example in Vietnam, the citizens have around 1.1 milion guns, only 70,000 of them are legal.
Another solution could be to ban military style weapons. Military style weapons were made so they can kill as many people as fast as possible. For example, one of the most common guns used in mass shootings is an assault rifle. It is designed for military use, but people outside the military can have them. I don’t believe that guns like the assault rifles which were created for military use should be allowed to be owned by the common people.
Last but certainly not last solution that can be made is to make the jail sentences longer. To make people who would buy a gun, not to shoot other humans. The current sentence is 16.5 years for taking another’s life. This, in my opinion, is a outrage. You would take anoythers life, and you will serve 16.5 in prison? The victom’s family and friends suffered at the loss so much. Almost always, the people never feel like they have recovered from the shock and pain. They feel angry and sad till the end of their lives. And the person who has killed their friend or family member will be able to go free in 16.5 years.

Deeply concerned 70% of human trafficked victims are women, who have been trafficked for prostitution and forced sexual activity.

Further recalling every single person deserves to be safe, have a proper education, a caring environment, the supplies they need to live, and to respected.

Keeping in mind the International Labour Organization (ILO), United Nations Office for a drug Control and Crime Prevention (ODCCP), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), International Organization for Migration (IOM), United Nations Children’s Fund ( UNICEF), and other NGOs are focusing on human trafficking and trying to accomplish the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) ; 5, 8, 16.
Reaffirming human trafficking is an illegal activity and a violation to human rights, therefore a crisis that leaves irreversible damage to the victims.

Realising the ongoing pandemic leads victims unable to reach for help and be more likely to go through violence, therefore the security and safety of children, girls, boys, women, and men are being threatened.

1. Calls upon countries to work effectively and continuously with organisations that can help prevent all sorts of human trafficking, such as ILO, ODCCP, UNESCO, UNHCR, IOM, UNICEF, and formal NGOs :
a. discuss suitable solutions for the country with organizations
i. supporting victims of human trafficking by giving them therapy or care
ii. improving human trafficking report systems in order to have people easily report any type of human trafficking

2. Urges countries to ensure stronger and stricter laws to prevent and punish human traffickers from human trafficking, and to help and care for the victims and families of human trafficking, and not limited to:
a. ensure human traffickers get fairly punished
i. at least 7 years in jail and the pay the fair cost to the victims
ii. assist education to the human traffickers explaining their illegal activities
b. all victims and families be offered support
i. victims be given therapy and extra care by the government
ii. the government informs the security and safety of the victim and family constantly to check for threats

3. Encourages professionals to check places and terrains annually for traces and signs of human trafficking, furthermore interviewing people if they have noticed or witnessed signs of human trafficking, or if they have been trafficked, but not limited to:
a. able to investigate the environment and people
i. interview for any witnesses or experiences of human trafficking
ii. have professionals investigate the site and be able to track anyone for these purposes
b. able to track and research a specific person or group
i. investigate through criminal records and their state in the country by working with ODCCP
ii. if traffickers are found the professionals have the right to have arrest them

4. Strongly advises countries to create and be responsible to have quick hotlines and systems where anyone can report human trafficking in any language:
a. hotlines and sos systems should be checked and managed continuously
i. emergency calls should be directly send to the systems
ii. a team should be sent immediately once a call has been approved
b. countries should insert translating systems in hotline systems
i. foreigners who have been forcefully migrated into the country can also have the choice of reporting human traffickers
c. human traffickers who have been reported should be caught
i. once a call has been approved the emergency team should track the human traffickers and save the victims
ii. emergency teams should be able to communicate quickly with the headquarters of the hotline system for further news

5. Requests to have small campaigns or organizations that can protect and secure victims of human trafficking by preventing more irreversible damage, and care for the safety of people who are more likely to be human trafficked such as women, girls, and children, but not limited to:
a. children and women given extra support
i. 70% of victims of human trafficking are women and children
ii. women and children should have extra support and care from the government and organizations furthermore keeping women and children safe from repetitive damage
b. victims of human trafficking get extra help from professionals

Deeply disturbed by the fact that the Japan government still didn’t make any new laws to prevent human trafficking. Human trafficking is modern day slavery, this includes stuff like sexual abuse, forced out/tricked into working in dangerous or illegal conditions. People can be drugged, starved, beaten, locked up for a long time, and even made to work for hours a day! So far India is at the top of the list for being the country with the highest rate of human trafficking, 14 million victims. Next comes China with 3.2 million, then Pakistan with 2.1 million. Trafficking is a big business, traffickers generates profit estimated around $150 million a year!
Draws attention to all nations to stop human trafficking by making more laws to prevent human trafficking. For instance making people carry citizenship or residence cards that can be tracked. This will make it easier for the FBI to find you, or anybody who is on human trafficking cases to find you, this will also reduce the time you spend being abused, treated badly and so on.
Express its appreciation towards adding more surveillance in places, especially those small ally ways. Japan’s also suggests nations to add lights near security cameras so the people watching the CCTV can see everything very detailed. This will decrease the chances of people getting kidnapped in ally ways, especially when the ally way is their way home. Since a lot of people work until very late, not adding more surveillance would risk the chances of someone getting kidnapped and then brought into the stages of human trafficking.
Further recommends nations to set up more police stations in places, even if it’s a place where people don’t really go to, they should set it up so victims can have a place to go to under certain circumstances. Maybe even a button to call the police would also work, this will be fast and convenient. If it’s not necessary to put a small police station in a certain place, making them closer would be better. So if someone actually presses the button, the police can come ASAP.
Encourages to construct more child care places either outside of school or near school. This will benefit the parents that have to work late, so that they don’t have to pay extra for maids, or be anxious about picking their kids up and then rushing back to work. This can also prevent kids from getting tricked into other people’s cars, taken home by strangers and so on. The workers at the care place can provide them with snacks and dinner, the workers will get checked by professionals to make sure they are safe.

a. Inquire all countries to work to design and build ventilators, and to convert armoured trucks into ambulances for the pandemic diseases, and call for companies in countries to build more than 10,000 ventilators by the end of June, using locally available parts and materials.

All countries will need millions of masks, goggles and other supplies to protect healthcare workers and citizens while mounting a response to Covid pandemic, and local manufacturing can only partly fill the gap- countries will need to try build up local capacity to ensure that the critical facilities, could be made up into more of a efficient tool for Covid.
ii. Some countries have already been shifting medical gear like face masks and scrubs for heath care workers instead of something else like school uniforms. Countries like Nigeria is working with car companies to manufacture locally-made ventilators.

Human Trafficking

Deeply concerned that human trafficking is when traffickers catches (kidnaps) people, and makes trades illegally (they kidnap kids, and make trades with the kids’ parents).

Dully award that everyday there’s more than 3000 children’s becoming victim of the traffickers.

Fully alarmed that human trafficking is also known as “modern labor”, that’s because traffickers “uses” the people (victims) as trading goods.

One of the cause of human trafficking is because of poverty, some families living in poverty are forced to abandon there children, leaving their children in the hands of traffickers. (Selling their children to traffickers)

Another cause to this problem is natural disasters. Natural disasters causes lots of damages to houses and villages. Some people that aren’t wealthy (or living in poverty), they will loose a home. Sometimes, the children and the parent might get separated, sometimes the children will get attacked by traffickers.

One of the solution for this problem, is to have a emergency call system for human trafficking. (For example, in China, to contact the police it’s 110, contact the hospital is 120). If people think they’re getting followed, or becoming a victim, they could call for help. And they could get help, in this way, there will be less human trafficking crimes globally.

Another solution to this problem, is to increase awareness. There could be a law, where all the school has to teach students about human trafficking, and how they could prevent it. Students should learn about human trafficking, how/why it’s so dangerous, and what you should do if you think you’re getting followed, or if you think you might become a victim. Also, everyone should know about the emergency call system for human trafficking. This way, they could ask for help, and that will lower the amount of human trafficking crimes.

Another solution is to have more welfare for those families/people below the poverty line. Like I said, many families were living in poverty. They didn’t have enough money & good food. They were forced to give/sell their children to the traffickers. If there were more welfare for these people, they would be able to feed their children, and their children would be save.

One other solution is to help the people (villages) there’s lots of natural disasters. They could build better houses & buildings for them, they could also give them shelter, and give them daily need. In that way, family’s will be safe, and children won’t have to be abandoned or sold to traffickers.

Imagine people around you getting killed by mass shootings, having to wear bulletproof amours every day, that’s how the world’s gonna be like, if no one’s taking actions to prevent mass shootings, every country ignoring the increased statistics. So let’s start spreading awareness and promote the thought in your community. So far in 2020 worldwide there had been 125 deaths and 407 injuries, for a total of 532 victims caused by mass shootings.
Point:
Germany have the strictest gun control laws in europe. Germany has one of the highest rates of gun ownership worldwide, yet also one of the lowest rates of gun-related deaths. Several mass shootings within the past two decades have had a great impact on gun control policy.
Action:
Some solutions that I came up with, and several actions that we should take are: keeping schools safe with advanced security guards, lately there has been crimes happening in schools, so extra protection could prevent so many gun-related deaths. predators will be gun-free for the rest of their life to avoid their second crime.

We should encourage countries start to make new laws and help prevent mass shootings because gun violence over the past decades shot and wounded 836 people, shot and killed 1121 people and an average of 10 shots per mass shooting, if we don’t do something now, you could be the one who’s shot in another mass shooting. Here’s some solution that I’ve came up with.
1. Make the security system stronger.
- In every shopping centers’ entrance, there has to be a guard to check if customers have brought any thing dangerous to the shop like guns, knives and other things that’s deadly to people.
2. We could make a law about number of guns sold
- People could only buy one gun per family and each trade will be recorded with info about the customers, where they live and what type of gun they bought. The record of numbers of guns a person has bought has to be recorded on computer and shared with gun shops across the world to make sure the same person don’t buy another gun from other countries.
3. We could also make the gun shots less deadly by making bullets that’s softer and could kill animals but not humans. Of course, this is only a last choice because making a person injured is always better than killing someone.
- Factories could make soft bullets that’s not harmful to human but could kill animals. A soft bullet could make sure less people injured or died by mass shootings.
- We could also tell people to wear bulletproof vest if the mass shooting is increasing. That way, people are less likely to get injured and die. And by setting laws, people would think that if they started a gun violence, it’s harder to kill any and easier to get yourself in jail. So at the end, maybe they would give up and not try to start a gun violence.
4. if a person started a mass shooting, he has to be gun free for the rest of his/her life.
- If a person started a mass shooting, they have to go to jail for 1 year and to be gun free for rest of their live. This law is to make sure that the same person don’t start a mass shooting twice and to decrease mass shootings

This virus called COVID-19(coronavirus)exploded in Wuhan, Hubei province, China. People get infected from person to person, and many people got infected in a few weeks. After exploding in China, the virus exploded in other countries such as the United States, Italy, Spain, and other countries, were seriously infected. Until May 27, 5.58 million people were confirmed infected, and 350 thousand died. 1.72 million people got infected in the USA and 100 thousand died. Worldwide, about 2.28 million people recovered. In UK, 276 thousand people has been confirmed having the virus, and if you maybe have a symptom, you should take a test to make sure.
Some possible solutions
1. Taking a test
A:urge everybody to take a test, because or else you don’t know who has the virus or not, and if one person has the virus but he and everyone else doesn’t know, he will infect everyone.
B: allowing EVERYBODY to take a test, not only the people that are rich and important

2:wearing a mask
A: urge everybody to wear face masks when outdoors
B: give face masks to people that doesn’t have it
3: social distancing
A: strictly disallow parties, reunions, and meals that has many people
B: everybody that came from another country must quarantine for at least 14 days
4:wild animals
A: strictly disallow everyone to eat wild animals that is unclean
B: check the food before cooking it

United Kingdom calls upon every nation to find a solution for the COVID-19(coronavirus) crisis. The United Kingdom suggests urging everybody to take a test to make sure if you are carrying the virus or not. People want to take the test, but some government don’t afford some people to take the test. If all people could take the test it will be much easier to control the virus. But also, some people doesn’t want to take the test because they THINK they won’t get the virus. Because they THINK, so actually they don’t know if they have the virus, so everybody needs to take a test to make sure if you have a test or not.

We should urge everyone to wear a mask when there’re in a public place because the virus is spread from a person’s mouth, so wearing a mask could prevent the virus spreading. Some people don’t wear masks because they think it’s hot, and it is extra. But also some people wear too many masks, and that will make you unable to breath, so we should wear one mask at a time. A N95 mask is about twenty RMB, but there are also masks that are cheaper, but the quality is not that good.

We should also urge people to social distance, for example strictly disallow parties and reunions because in that way many people will gather in one place and that might infect people. This virus started in the Chinese New Year, and families will reunion and have a meal and spend time together. So many people got infected. In China, one whole family of seven people got infected, and they don’t wear masks when they reunion and spend time, so we should strictly disallow parties, reunions, etc.

Lastly, we should ban people from eating wild animals because wild animals are unclean, and the wild animal might be carrying the virus, and if we eat it we will get infected, and that’s maybe how the virus started. a. According to my country (Bahamas) people who have committed human trafficking is not yet to be arrestedg.
b. Even if guilty people get arrested they don’t get sentenced for long
c. The government or law system can achieve that by investigating on what the guilty person has done and if it is really concerning:
i. If the fugitive has done something not that concerning(e.g murder) they can be sentenced for a shorter period of time
ii. If the fugitive has committed murder or much more absurd behaviors/crime then they should be sentenced longer;
2. Suggests mental/physical support and care for those who were victims of human trafficking:
a. The Bahamian government has already been taking care of those who were victims of human trafficking, with that being said I recommend other countries to start taking similar action as well
b. Other countries can achieve that by first of all knowing the victim, then take the victim of trafficking to a special after care hotel or any other similar destinations to start caring for the victims:
i. The people who are in charge of caring for harmed victims should include activities such as therapy, medication (if needed ONLY), and physical therapy if they have been harmed physically
ii. Victims should only be let out when they have fully recovered from their past experience;
3. Advises to start strict self defense programs to have a lower chance of being a victim for human trafficking:
a. Self defense programs should mostly go to women and children:
i. This is because women and children are most likely to be victims of trafficking
ii. By learning self defense they would have a lower chance of being victims of human trafficking or at least learn how to save their lives.
b. The programs should happen once a week or a couple times in a month so that people have time for the program
c. Everyone should be invited or welcome to participate:
i. It will be free of charge and just a charity event;
4. Consider professionals to go to check streets/properties annually to check for signs of human trafficking:

b. Other countries can achieve that by first of all knowing the victim, then take the victim of trafficking to a special after care hotel or any other similar destinations to start caring for the victims:
i. The people who are in charge of caring for harmed victims should include activities such as therapy, medication (if needed ONLY), and physical therapy if they have been harmed physically
ii. Victims should only be let out when they have fully recovered from their past experience;
3. Advises to start strict self defense programs to have a lower chance of being a victim for human trafficking:
a. Self defense programs should mostly go to women and children:
i. This is because women and children are most likely to be victims of trafficking
ii. By learning self defense they would have a lower chance of being victims of human trafficking or at least learn how to save their lives.
b. The programs should happen once a week or a couple times in a month so that people have time for the program
c. Everyone should be invited or welcome to participate:

The deadly corona virus started in Wuhan, China. This is a new deadly virus that started in 2019 which can spread very quickly. The first few countries that got the virus are Italy, USA, and Spain. There are 6,259,887 confirmed people that has the virus. Sadly, 375,208 people died because of the virus, but on the bright side, 2,692,528 people has recovered from the virus.
Currently, the USA has the most people that has the virus.
Possible solutions:
1. Encourages all people to wear masks
2. Let all people have social distancing
3. Let everyone wash their hands when they go back home
4. Check the food before eating
5. Make everyone test their temperature before entering a building
6. Exercising everyday

The corona virus is deadly, though, but there are ways to stop it. These solutions really works and people have to do it in order to let it work. We need to stop this virus before it kills more of our friends and neighbors and family.
We need to make everyone to wear masks when outside or when they are going somewhere. This is because if you don’t wear the mask, the virus will go easily into your mouth and nose as they are the places the virus goes in most easily. You also wear a mask to prevent your germs to spread also, so that means if you cough, it won’t spread. Sometimes, you will think the mask is to tightened or maybe a bit hot. If so, DO NOT TAKE IT OFF! But just buy another kind of mask that is suitable for you. The best kind of mask for the CoVID-19 is the N95 mask.
Social distancing is an important part of the virus. Usually the virus spreads when we are close to each other. This means that we should keep a 2 meter distance from strangers so if they have the virus, it won’t be easy to spread to you. This virus spreads very easily in elevators since you cannot keep a 2 meter distance. There are many people that has gotten the virus from the elevator. Social distancing is a very important thing to do.
We should let all people wash their hands when they go back home. It is important to wash your hands because if you don’t wash, the virus on your hands might have germs and may spread to your family members.
We need to check the food before eating. It is important because the virus may be in the animals. You should not eat any raw animals while they might contain the virus. It is also a way the virus spreads.
Everyone and everybody needs to take a temperature before they enter a building or some place. This is because you might have the virus so they take the temperature. If you are feeling uncomfortable, take the temperature.
Lastly, it is important to exercise everyday. Everyone needs to keep their body healthy while the virus is going on. You should exercise everyday and if you are healthy, it is unlikely for you to get the virus.

Deeply disturbed that people still gather in large crowds even when warned, increases risks of getting CoVID-19.

Aware that in some countries people cannot afford masks or other medical supplies and/or are on shortages during this pandemic.

Bearing in mind that in some countries people who are ill cannot be tested immediately or sent to the hospital due to specific reasons and can cause others to catch CoVID-19 if the person has it.

Deeply concerned that countries infected with CoVID-19 is affected economically and losing money. Furthermore many people are being unemployed and companies are going bankrupt.

Germany encourages all nations to work together to increase preventive measures against CoVID-19. By strongly encouraging citizens to follow preventative manures. This way countries will be able to stand up to this pandemic disease. All can go back to normal including taking walks, playing sports, and going to work, except we must strongly suggest these rules to be followed to all countries, this way, we will be able to increase the preventive measures. These rules include: requiring people to wear masks at all times when in public areas (buildings, classrooms, parks, sidewalks), testing at least once a month for CoVID-19, constantly sanitizing objects that are touched, and quarantine for two weeks for people exposed to CoVID-19. These rules must be followed, if a citizen does not follow this rule for a number of specific times, they will be punished.

Germany calls upon all nations to work together to increase preventive measures against Coronavirus. All countries should produce and distribute free medical supplies to those who are short on these. These supplies include extra masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, ventilators, and anything that will help others to decrease their risks of getting CoVID-19. All people and countries should have the basic and needed medical supplies to pass CoVID-19.

Germany deeply suggests all nations to increase preventive measures against CoVID-19 by creating and conducting massive testing centers. This is due to the devaluation of women and girls makes them vulnerable for trafficking,

Deeply disturbed that estimated globally that there’s 20-40 million people in modern slavery (human trafficking) today, including 15.4 million in forced marriage, and 24.9 million in forced labor,

Fully alarmed that there are 5.4 victims of human trafficking for every 1000 people in the world,

Keeping in mind that globally estimated that only 0.4% of human trafficking cases are identified, meaning the majority of human trafficking cases are left undetected,

Fully alarmed that estimated shows about 50,000 people which are trafficked into the US each year are from the Philippines or Mexico,

Noting with deep concern the largest number of people trafficked into the US are from East Asia or the Pacific, the next largest numbers of people trafficked are from Latin America, Europe, and Eurasia,

Further deploring that human traffickers earn about $150 billions every year, about $99 billion comes from forced sexual exploitation,

Deeply conscious that certain jobs might impact the rate of being trafficked. Data shows that the largest share of adults trafficked are domestic workers (24%), followed by construction workers (18%), then manufacturers (15%), lastly fishing and agriculture (11%) in 2017.

Having examined the global rate of human trafficking has uprisen in the recent decades,

1. Declare that all nations to raise awareness on this issue, raising awareness would mean that people would come to comprehend the dark side of human trafficking, thus taking more actions to prevent this from happening.

The nation of Israel is deeply convinced that the whole world needs to actively combat human trafficking. We are confident that human trafficking is a modern issue that leaves long-lasting scars to its victims. One of the reasons why this is a prevalent problem is because it is widely underreported. Having examined human trafficking statistics, we found that one of the reasons this is so underreported and unknown is because human traffickers work behind the scenes. An example of this is the fact that states such as New York, California, and Texas are the three states in which the issue is the most prevalent. Keep in mind that New York is the economic capital of the world and that Texas and California are the 2nd and 3rd largest U.S states. These states all have many tourist attractions and are historically important states. This is a reason why human trafficking cases are hard to find because it goes on behind the scenes. This is why a resolution to actively combat this around the world is important. What is even more disturbing about the world’s human trafficking issue is the fact that some governments are in denial about the issue. However, there are plenty of statistics about human trafficking across the globe which shows that human trafficking affects not men, women, and children. One of these is the fact that 20% of the world’s human trafficking victims are children. This is because children are far more vulnerable and easy to manipulate. Another statistic related to human trafficking is that the two most common forms of human trafficking are sexual exploitation and forced labor. These are both a form of modern slavery that should be condemned by all nations. Noting with deep concern is the fact that even the most developed countries such as the U.S are vulnerable to the problem. For example, human trafficking wasn’t illegal in the United States until the year 2000 where president Bill Clinton signed the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. This act was later reauthorized by presidents Bush, Obama, and Trump. The reasons listed above are why there needs to be a resolution to actively combat human trafficking around the world.

Fully alarmed that an unprecedented global demand for essential COVID-19 medical supplies, WHO is working with their partners to offer help to the most vulnerable countries. Unprecedented global demand for personal protective equipment (PPE), diagnostic tests and biomedical equipment required for the COVID-19 response has created acute market shortages of these essential supplies,

Viewing with appreciation that attempts can be taken to release this disaster brought by COVID- 19 and to ensure the safety of people,

India is at the top of the list with 14 million victims, Chins comes in second with 3.2 million victims, and Pakistan comes in third with 2.1 million victims.

Fully alarmed that there are 4.8 million people living in slavery, that is one in every 162 people.

Deeply disturbed that there are an estimated 21 million people in forced or coerced human trafficking worldwide.

Taking in to account that according to www.dosomething.org, human trafficking earns global profits of roughly $150 billion a year for traffickers, $99 billion of which comes from commercial sexual exploitation.

Bearing in mind that according to www.ovc.gov, each year an estimate of 600,000 to 800,000 men, women, and children are trafficked across international borders, and some international and non-governmental organizations place the number far higher.

1. Encourages all nations to set regulating laws requiring schools to have classes regarding to human trafficking, using information and education provided by IMPACT—a personal safety and self-defense training program. It is part of a comprehensive effort to prevent sexual assault and other acts of interpersonal violence and boundary violations. The government can help support this law by:
a. earmarking money for additional classes in schools all over the nation regarding to self-defense. The government can do this by:
i. paying the IMPACT organization directly with yearly payments that include all the schools’ lessons. Or paying indirectly by providing the schools with money, then letting the schools get their own lessons.

2. Suggests that all nations provide students in all districts with ways to contact either their parents, or emergency services such as the police department. Students will then have contact with trustworthy adults for emergency purposes such as child trafficking. These methods of contact could be:
a. telephone booths spreading all over the nation especially places that are the most suspicious of child trafficking
i. these telephone booths have direct hotlines to the police department, so there won’t be any interrupting calls
b. providing students or kids all with personal devices that can contact wither their parent or the police department.

3. Further recommends that all nations help financially support charities that put their heart into stopping human trafficking such as:

4. Declares accordingly to the fact that all nations may criminally define both sexual and labor trafficking, as well as establish proportionate punishments for traffickers. Deeply concerned that estimates suggest that, internationally, only about 0.04% of survivors of human trafficking cases are identified, meaning the vast majority of cases go undetected.

Having heard that advocates report a growing trend of traffickers using online social media platforms to recruit and advertise targets of human trafficking.

Taking into consideration that reports indicate that a large number of child 🤬 trafficking survivors in the US were at one time in the foster care system.

Noting with concern that It’s estimated that internationally there are between 20 million and 40 million people in modern slavery today. Assessing the full scope of human trafficking is difficult because so cases so often go undetected.

1. Requires all nations to provide a free 24-hour hotline to report information on human trafficking, traffickers or suspicions on organizations and individuals involved in human trafficking
a. Set up telephone booths spread out in rural areas all over the country that do not charge fees for the hotline for reporting human trafficking.
b. Provide the hotline in all official and major languages of the nation, so the vast majority of people will be able to communicate through the hotline.

2. Encourages all nations to create laws regulating and monitoring suspicious organizations and individuals for human trafficking, using information reported by citizens and officials. Also, provide randomly timed check-ups every 3 months on children in foster care. This is because reports indicate that a large number of child 🤬 trafficking survivors in the US were at one time in the foster care system.
a. these check-ups include metal and physical health, and an interview with the child privately. This is so that the child will speak truthfully because he/she will not be under the pressure of their foster family.
i. Using devices such as cameras and microphones to monitor foster homes that are suspected.

3. Urges all nations to provide support for children under sexual abuse and punish people guilty of such crime. Many victims of the 🤬 trade in the US are runaway girls who were sexually abused as children. This can be done by:
a. The monitoring of suspected sexual abusers and providing a 24-hour free hotline to report sexual abuse.
i. Monitoring suspects using hidden microphones, cameras, and other devices
ii. Interviewing neighbors of suspects to gain more information.
b. Provide mental, physical, and emotional support for victims of 🤬 abuse.
i. Provide a psychologist for mental help if needed.
c. Create facilities for victims to recover or live in that provide food, necessities, and full support.
d. give the victim the choice of living in a foster home that will be temporarily monitored for 6 months and checked on every 3 months.

4. Strongly recommends all nations to increase surveillance and law enforcement in regions where human trafficking is abundant. Increasing surveillance and law enforcement will make it difficult for individuals and organizations to commit human trafficking without being discovered and/or charged.
a. Increase surveillance and monitoring of known and suspected organizations and individuals. Surveillance suspected victims of human trafficking for any further signs.
b. Using law enforcement to visit suspect locations for human trafficking and suspected victims and committers of it to interview for further signs.

5. Inform citizens of human trafficking: statistics, how to help, etc. This is so citizens will be more vigilant for signs of human trafficking. Furthermore, the demand for human trafficking will drop because they will understand the effects of human trafficking on the victims. A drop in demand will cause human traffickings to drop because supply is caused by demand.
c. This could be spread through the internet in ways including but not limited to:
i. Posting it on government websites, social media platforms, etc
ii. The information posted should be provided in all official and major languages of the country.
d. Students should be required to be informed of human trafficking before graduation. So they will be vigilant and cautious of falling into a human trafficking trap, and will always be able to identify signs of human trafficking.
e. Using public speeches and posters to spread information on human trafficking.

Human trafficking is really frequent in Cambodia and the Cambodian government is not taking effective actions to control it. There is a lot of human trafficking in Cambodia because of the endemic corruption. It starts with the people at the very top of the government. Then corruption is observed among the task force (Police, military organ…) and in the judiciary system. Another key battle against human trafficking is fighting against low salaries, unemployment and reduce the non qualified workers.

As a Cambodian, I am deeply concerned about the presence of corruption at all levels in the state. The only way to get rid of it is to change its leader, Hun Sen. In this non democratic government, we need the pressure of the UN and democratic countries to absorb this structural problem.

Corruption is also observed among the repressive organ, the police and at borders. Financial incentive and legal sanctions could be an effective way to prevent the perpetuation of human trafficking. We should make the most of the 1.500 police officers formed for the anti-trafficking action.

Also, a better collaboration between the border countries is highly expected. I think we should take tracks of people going to work in surrounding countries. We can take their papers or finger prints.

Finally, we could create a specific Cambodian phone number to call the police in case of suspected traffic.

In order to make this work, we need a reliable judiciary system. No body in a rule of law is above the laws. This is the only way to put every body at the same level and ensure that criminals will indeed be punished no matter their position.

Another source of risk of falling into traffickers hands is low salaries. Cambodian are looking for jobs and they are willing to do this at all costs. When 28.4% of the population of Cambodia is under the poverty line, we somehow encourage them to take any source of income, even illegal. The government has a strong action to take here to increase the minimum salary in order to protect its population.

Finally, the government should give money to schools and universities to provide competitive task force at an international level. Qualified workers would not accept illegal jobs, would get a better salary and contribute to the country’s development.

Scientists think this virus might be an endemic.1 year. We should use China way of destroying it. Citizens are required to stay at home unless it is absolutely necessary to go out ( like shopping ). People are allowed to exercise in their own house, but swimming at the beach is banned ( cause too much people ). Borders are shut, except to citizens and residents, who are required to quarantine or self-isolate for 14 days upon entry ( Or even longer ) . And almost all businesses are shut. Only the businesses absolutely essential to ensure the necessities of life, like supermarkets and pharmacies, can stay open. The lockdown measures have been paired with isolation, quarantines, widespread testing for anyone who is suspected of being exposed and contact tracing. Once a case is identified, that person’s close contacts are tracked down and required to self-isolate.2. Considers giving everyone temperature check before getting in Or out any store. Every store would have a temperature thermometer and the government should make it necessary to check temperature. 3. We could make it mandatory to commence massive testings in all parts of the world. 4. Remind people to wear the essential(mask) before going into public. The UN can designand fund signs to remind people what they need to wear before going out.

The virus that everyone is trying to prevent from getting is called COVID-19 had exploded in wuhan, China. This virus gets infected from person by person, which could be infected easily. After the virus had gone around China, the corona virus got other people from other countries getting infected, as well. Some countries got more population infected than China, such as; United States, Italy, Spain, within some other countries. Unit, the 27 of May, 5.58 million were insure that they got the COVID in them, and 350 thousand were died from getting infected by the virus. Worldwide, in an estimate of 17,292 were confirmed having the corona virus, 15,383 were recovered, and 920 of them died from the COVID 19. It’s better if you go take a test and make sure that you don’t get the virus, ESPECIALLY when you came from another country.
Because there isn’t a current medicine that could heal them right away, there is some actions people could take from staying away from the virus and making sure that they’re staying sanitized at all times, some possible actions for the corona:

1. Taking a test
Taking the test helps you to make sure whether you’ve gotten the virus or you’re safe, within no virus and germs in your body. Not taking the test will not help yourself know if you have the virus or not.

2. Wearing a mask
Put masks on while you’re out of your house, don’t you your hands to touch your face or your masks when you don’t have your hands being cleaned properly. Social distancing keeps you away with others, which helps you to not have touches. Participating the guards/polices when they need to check your temperature, this helps them to keep track of your temperature so they’ll know whether you got a fever or not.

Question of: increasing preventative measures against Covid-19 globally

Remembering the first Covid-19 case was reported in the capital city, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on 13th March 2020,

Concerned that at 31 May, 2020 Ethiopia reported 109 new cases as part of the total 1172 confirmed Covid-19 cases,

Saddened that Ethiopia has had 11 deaths from Covid-19,

At this stage, all cases are from clusters rather than community transmission,

Aware that the Ethiopian government have conducted 109451 tests, 2836 of those were in the past 24 hours,

Having considered that there are currently 950 active cases – 4 of these patients are in a severe condition,

Heartened that 209 people have fully recovered from Covid-19.
1. Encourages all countries to have a requirement of 14 days quarantine for new arrivals;
a. People with passports from that country should quarantine at home
b. People with foreign passports should quarantine in government organised hotels
2. Recommends that Government should provide brochures in a variety of languages providing information about self hygiene;
a. citizens are instructed to:
i. cover their mouth and nose area when in public
ii. wash hands regularly
iii. reduce going out for unnecessary reasons
iv. social distance
3. Requests that government should provide more covid-19 tests.
a. Citizens should take tests when feeling ill
i. If feeling ill should do self quarantine.
4. Encourages the government to provide automatic hand sanitisers across public spaces.
a. Sanitisers should be easy access for any needs.
5. Recommends that government cleans public spaces every week.
a. Such as playgrounds, libraries, restaurants, etc.
6. Requests that countries should close borders to foreign passengers.
a. Citizens with the countries passport should be allowed into the country.
7. Requests that essential services has flexible rules for the elderly.
a. Essential services are instructed to:
i. Delivery so elder citizens aren’t at risk
ii. Opening hours just for elderly
