Million Dollar Baby for me, is an extraordinary film that tells the story of Maggie Fitzgerald (interpreted by Hilary Swank) an amateur boxer who wants to be trained by the famous trainer Frankie Dunn (interpreted by Clint Eastwood) and his co-worker Eddie (interpreted by Morgan Freeman).

One reason this film deserved its Oscar is the amazing acting of all its stars. The film doesn't have amazing special effects but has an incredible script and plot. The story talks about dreams, difficult choices and at the end about what is right o wrong.

In conclusion, Million Dollar baby deserved its Oscar for its excellent acting and the story who mix drama and emotional

The plot is about a young couple, they meet in summer and begin a romance. They will have to overcome problems to be together. The film is shot in the past and in the present, when Alice is Alzheimer. Noah will remind her of the love story everyday.

It was directed by Nick Cassavetes and it stars Ryan Gosling, Rachel McAdams and James Garner and Gena Rowlands in the present.

I would give an Oscar because the plot is gripping and very amazing, sometimes the script can seem like a girl, however the film deals the Alzheimer`s problem in a family in a very sensitive way.

Little Miss Sunshine is an American indie film. I have enjoyed this film several times and I have always laugh a lot. It’s considered a comedy with some drama as well, but it is told with humour and wit. It’s very critical of American society. The film is set-in present-day USA. The story is about a family with a lot of common problems: the job, a difficult teenager, a peculiar grandfather, a depressed uncle, couple crisis…The main character is Olive, the youngest daughter, who wants to be “the queen of the beauty”. The whole family begin a fun trip to California, to the “Little Miss Sunshine beauty contest”.

It won two Oscars for best supporting actor and best original scrip.

I strongly recommend because it’s a different movie, with a good plot, smart and optimist.  If you want to have a good time and end up with a smile, you have to see it!!
