Wala po bang documents si ACPC and PCIC regarding sa free insurance coverage ni PCIC under ANYO program which stating the Guidelines and Process from application to claiming and include kung ano yung insurance coverage ng free insurance.

Since it will be helpful to the implementor (PLC) specially yung mga account officer na bumababa sa client para may hawak sila na documents so they can explain it clearly sa farmers and if ever may maging complaint may maipapakita na documents sa farmers ang implementor kung ano yung naging problem o di sakop ng coverage.
