German class is a very fun class. If Spanish wasn't the right language for you, then maybe German is! German has many similar words to English, so it won't be as hard to learn. The teachers make the class so much fun and they are very outgoing. I hope you will be interested in taking German!

German music is one of the best things i've ever hear. I still listen to it on my free time because its sooooo good! Also All the times I was able to eat tasty treats and just dance while I eat was amazing!

I chose to take German because it is an easy language to learn. I got the hang of it really easily. Some German words are almost spelled or pronounced the same way as English words which is very beneficial. The culture is also very fun and interesting to learn about with all kinds of different activities.

The German program at West is honestly one of the most fun and exciting experiences I've ever had. We've gone on field trips, seen concerts, made sauerkraut, and we celebrate Oktoberfest every year. There's a ton of opportunities to take your German knowledge with you to college and actually apply it in your career. Everyone is super nice and the teachers are amazing.

German was hands down one of the best, if not the best class I took in High School. The teachers are super amazing and care about your well being. If you don't know what language to take, I definitely recommend Deutsch.

For me the German program was probably one of the best classes I have taken in high school. It has a nice friendly community, class is always fun, and the in/out of school activities are great. My favorite activity we did in German was the ski trip. I would recommend taking German if you want a super enjoyable and fun class!

German is a really great class. I had struggled with other languages and German is fun and much easier to grasp. The stories, music, and games you do to learn make it super fun and doesn't feel like a sit down lecture. (You also get pretzels)

I am grateful to have learned German. Students should take German because it's good to learn other languages, especially German. We listen to German music, which is amazing, and sometimes we make food as well. We also occasionally do an Oktoberfest. To all students who are graduating Culver, I hope you guys consider joining. I DEFINITELY recommend taking German because the teachers are very fun and engage you in the class, so learning and memorizing it easier. As well as language itself is very similar to English. The class itself is different from other classes because you feel energized and personally I normally don't feel like learning and want to just daydream, but I actually come to this class ready to learn, and others I've talked to agree. We also eat very tasty German foods, and we even go on field trips like snow skiing. On Instagram you can search up "Niles west German" and look at the cool foods, traditions, and activities that we do.

I would highly recommend taking German. It's a laid back class, especially for a language. The way the teachers teach isn't just the traditional pencil and notebook. While we do get worksheets we also play games, watch movies, and act in stories. Some days you make food. Oktoberfest is the best time of the year when it comes to German. Join German and you won't regret it!.

HALLO!!! I would highly recommend taking German to any incoming freshman because it isn't a ordinary language class but German class is way more fun! In German, you don't just sit down at a desk and take notes or have to study for big tests, you get to move around, interact and actually have fun in class! You get to do so many things in German class that are so fun so this is your sign to take German!!!

german a a very fun class to take german 1 have more in class party’s like a breakfast party and a ice cream party. and the story times are very fun if you take german I recommend you have some kind of role in the story times i was in all of them frshman year
