IIAN can be obtained by almost anything. The countries Mexico and Canada end up raising their borders and not allowing any kid to enter their country to avoid them being contaminated of IIAN. This disease is so powerful that every single kid in Ruby's neighborhood ends up dying of this disease except Ruby.
