If you retake a TPA, does this need to happen during the school year so you can record new videos or can you use the same videos and resubmit over the summer?

What is the timeline for retaking TPAs if necessary?

If interns are applying for jobs before officially receiving credential or results, should they apply with the assumption of a preliminary credential or still list themselves as holding an intern credential?

But our payroll process has two huge flaws are not straightforward: the logs and the 1/3 blackout.

First, the logs are burdensome, time-consuming, opaque, and, therefore, prone to error. I don't know what purpose they serve, but that purpose would best be served within UKG (e.g. using the notes field). Failing that, perhaps some of the burden, time, and error could be lessened with a more transparent and editable approach (e.g. I cannot see what I have submitted)

Second, the burden, the time, and the opacity process are all worse because we can submit payroll during the first two-thirds of the month only. I cannot readily track or make changes during the last 10 days of the month. UKG should be open for the entire pay period so that late changes require simple updates to our records rather than the chaotic workarounds via alternative means.

I offer to bake whatever brownies may be necessary to help persuade the powers that be that these are substantial wrongs, and LACOE would benefit from righting them.
