Another location is León & Northern Nicaragua this is the oldest colonial cities in Central America and was once a main political and cultural center.

One of many tradition in Nicaragua is the La Purisima. During this Holiday they have a celebration for Virgin Mary, La Purisima is stated to be the biggest holiday in the country. This holiday is celebrated on November 28th and ends on December 7th, During this time period another holiday happens that day called La Griteria. On December 7th people gather together in the street and sing catholic sounds to Virgin Mary, people go to alters, sing and eat during this wonderful holiday tradition.

Spots most tourist visit are lakes, volcanoes, rainforest, and colonial architecture. The most famous place tourist visit is Granada for its beauty and scenery, along with a nearby lake and volcano. If I was in Nicaragua I would go visit some of the volcanoes because I think they are pretty interesting, other place I would like to go is one of their many lakes due to their every nice scenery.

This dishes ingredients is a mixture of rice and black beans, seasoned with with different types of spices, and typically served with eggs or some kind of meat. Another popular food in Nicaragua is Nacatamal, this a traditional Nicaraguan tamale, this tamale is made with corn dough filled with pork, rice, potatoes and vegetables. This food is typically served around the holidays. I would eat both of these food they both look amazing and yummy.

My favorite parts about nicaragua is the tourism they have a beautiful scenery and it has many nearby places to visit. Another thing I enjoyed is their food, the food looks amazing and it's something new from american foods. The U.S has some amazing things and an amzing experiences but trying something new could be a nice change.
