Decision making is critical in operational, tactical and strategic. This is because, if you do not do this then the company will not know what has happened and if the company is running correctly or not. Operational is important as you need to know where people are working. Strategies are also important as you need a plan of how you are going to be working and need to see whether the plan will be working properly. Also tactics are important in the bank as you need to know what type of way you will be doing your work and whether it lets you do your work efficiently.
