Somebody can say that all jobs are needed, but i don't think so. I think that there are lots of jobs which aren't dooing anything necessary. For example football player's job. They don't anything good for people, but they take salary that bigger than miner's salary despite the fact that miner's work is more necessary. Someone can say that people as football players or actors are entertaining people. I agree with this, but humanity can survive without musicians or artists. I can agree with the existence of these jobs, but they shouldn't get more money than teachers or factory workers. Is it true that work experience for teenagers is important?
1)I think yes,because teenagers can try themselves in any professions,in which they just want.For high school students, this is really a very important factor,because they must to choose a business,that they really like soon.
2)Teenagers can earn money by your labor and they will become more independent. By doing this, they open the doors to adulthood.
3)With the help of his money, he will be able to buy something for himself, not depending on his parents.Any teenager will feel confident about it. 
These were the advantages.

Disadvantages:
1)Some teenagers work in the summer, but some of them work during their studies and work may distract them from school. Grades and academic performance are getting worse.
2)It is often too early for teenagers to be independent,because they don’t know how to manage money and most importantly, they usually just waste it.

Conclusion:
In general, there are more positive things than negative ones, and here the help and support from the parents is very important to help the teenager avoid negative factors.
