Beat until the dough forms.</p><p>Add the chocolate and stir with the help of a spoon.</p><p>Weight the dough to 150 grams and form a ball. Put them on a tray with baking paper. Put more sprinkles on top if required.</p><p>Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown on top.</p><p>Remove and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.          <description><![CDATA[<p>FOOD: Fajita</p><p><br/></p><p>COUNTRY: Mexico</p><p><br/></p><p>INGREDIENTS:</p><p><br/></p><p>1 Mexican tortilla for fajita<br>500 g. chicken breasts <br>1 green pepper<br>1 red pepper<br>1 yellow pepper<br>1 large onion<br>100 ml. extra virgin olive oil<br>4 g. fine salt (or to taste each house) to sweat the vegetables<br>2 g. freshly ground black pepper<br>To marinate the chicken:<br>1 clove garlic, finely chopped<br>5 g. fine salt<br>2 g. freshly ground black pepper<br>A teaspoon (dessert type) of ground cumin<br>A spoonful (dessert type) of sweet paprika<br>If you like spicy (optional), a chili or a hot pepper<br>For flavouring purposes:<br>2 limes (zest and juice)<br>A bunch of fresh cilantro</p><p><br/></p><p>HOW TO COOK:</p><p><br/></p><p> 1 We clean the chicken very well, remove the remaining fat and cut into julienne. Macerate with garlic, salt, black pepper and cumin, combine well with a spoon or with the same hands and reserve. Cut the peppers into strips a little thick and onion in thin julienne (in thin strips)</p><p><br/></p><p>   2 Put two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in your frying pan and when it is hot add the onion, season with salt and stir-fry for 5 minutes. At the same time that we make the onion in another pan sauté the chicken with a little oil.</p><p><br/></p><p> 3 Add the teaspoon (dessert type) of sweet paprika (if you like spicy you can make chicken with a touch of Mexican) and stir well. We immediately remove it from the fire so as not to burn the paprika.</p><p><br/></p><p>   4 We pass the chicken to the other pan in which we have the poached onion, reduce the heat to a minimum and let the flavors combine, all the juice of the meat with the onion.</p><p><br/></p><p>  5 In the pan we left free we will sauté the peppers. We add a little oil and when it is hot make the pepper strips for 5 minutes, they have to stay a little al dente so that we notice them when we eat the fajita. Add the onion and chicken, grate the limes over it and add some of their juice. Mix all the flavors.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>ASSEMBLY AND FINAL PRESENTATION OF CHICKEN FAJITAS:</p><p><br/></p><p>1 To finish, put a small pan with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil on the fire and heat the wheat tortillas. Turn and turn, a few seconds, without burning. Read the instructions on the tortilla pack and make them as you like, baked, air fryer or in the micro.</p><p><br/></p><p> 2  Sprinkle with fresh coriander and a little fresh lime juice. We fill the wheat tortillas with the chicken and sautéed vegetables mixture. </p><p><br/></p><p>I hope you like them and prepare them at home. These fajitas are best eaten freshly made so that the omelet is soft and juicy and soaks well with the filling.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
