         <description><![CDATA[<p> My biggest key takeaway is understanding how stress affects one's self and how to protect one's physical health. Burnout is prominent in helping professions, and it is important to understand how to avoid it. The Penn State PRO wellness website had a specific section for self-care for educators. With it being my first year in the classroom as a first-grade teacher, this was extremely helpful to me.  It gave me insight as to what my body might experience when I'm stressed and how I can improve my well-being. Specific examples included, exercising daily and practicing relaxation techniques. </p>]]></description>
