The photograph has a bit of blur with the sudden movement but you can see how the you the steadiness begins to form. The light seems to be still not as focused but you start to see the darkening in the background. The photo still looks a blurring where the motion is. The picture starts to focus more on the colors and the main focus starts to be more bold. The shutter speed changed in how the camera captures the people in the air. The change in shutter speed changed the light so it gets darker and the colors have more clarity. The image darkens because there is less light coming through. The shutter speed increases and the light decreases. The blur is completely gone and colors appear more vibrant.
