         <description><![CDATA[<p>Jodi suffered from a rare brain disease called Rasmussen's Encephalitis. This is a type of epilepsy that caused the right side of her brain to experience constant inflammation to the point that she had a seizure every three minutes. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Jody started having seizures when she was 3 years old. They started happening more often, every few minutes. The seizures were caused by inflammation in the right hemisphere of her brain. The seizures got so bad she lost control of the left side of her body. To stop the seizures she got a surgery called a hemisphotheromy, which is when they removed the right side of her brain. TS</p>]]></description>
