We can build green spaces on the roofs of our affordable, accessible and safe houses. We can create flat areas so that we can use the roofs of reinforced houses efficiently in various areas. We must create infrastructures that can produce their own energy, as houses add green areas to nature. However, in our planning, we are planning to decrease the temperature levels while increasing the green areas, and we have planned to have a positive effect on climate change. In addition, we aimed to save energy and preserve biodiversity in local areas. These roofs help reduce air pollution, greenhouse gases and flooding, as well as make the city more livable and improve local biodiversity.

Some solutions have been created against earthquakes in Japan. The first of these solutions is infrastructure measures. High-rise buildings are built in such a way that they sway rather than shake in an earthquake. We can think of it as a kind of spring. Planning the settlement system we will build in this way can create a safer environment.Smaller houses in Japan are built on flexible foundations that can absorb movement in 6 directions and mitigate the effects of earthquakes. This form of construction can also be applied to the form of accommodation we will build.

Our design is a small residential area. We can say that it is a city in itself. Let's think of it as a horizontal skyscraper. All the buildings are connected, and people make transportation on these connections by walking. There will be no suffering from carbon emissions in this work, where there is almost no vehicle use. People will enjoy the view and fresh air, perhaps by cycling and walking, with the abundance of green spaces. Of course, this imaginary structure that we want to build in Turkey will suffer the most from the earthquake risk. Japan comes first among the countries fighting earthquakes and we can solve this problem by taking them as an example.

When building a structure it is always good to choose a recyclable area with a lot of slums. In the past weeks, we have seen that the development of the Netherlands in agriculture depends on technology. Maybe, we can set up a space in the area we designed like the Netherlands. Those who live there can look at the produce grown in this area, and the proceeds from the sale can be residents' salaries. It can also be a place where people can relax. Putting solar panels on the roofs saves energy. It can be a self-sufficient, safe, sustainable project. Of course, we were inspired by a structure while making this design. Linked Hybrid. We said how could it be in Turkey by developing this structure and adding things from ourselves. And the result is the structure we designed.

By evaluating the goal of being carbon neutral, which is one of the important decisions taken by many countries in the Paris Climate Agreement, we aim to include a zero-emission plan in our project in order to adapt it to our modern, accessible and sustainable building plan. The purpose of this plan is designed to draw attention to the increasing levels of carbon dioxide and emissions in the world and to encourage the world. By moving away from carbon fuels in cities and increasing the use of renewable energy sources, we offer this project, which is supported by the world, to provide people with cost-effective energies and to provide employment to many people in the fields of technology with the transition to clean energy. By keeping the amount of carbon dioxide and toxic gases released by vehicles to a minimum level, we aimed to solve the problems of heavy traffic, noise and crowding in big cities. With public transportation vehicles installed at the right points, we provide opportunities for people to use public transportation without taking them away from the comfort they get in their own vehicles. In addition, with the widespread use of hybrid vehicles, we can solve the charge of vehicles with electricity that people use at local stations, parking lots or at home without difficulty and cost-effectively for fully electric vehicles. Thus, we will have adapted our cities to modern technology and have taken a step that will set an example for the world on global climate change.

Green areas should be constructed in a way that fits the area and meets the needs of the society, taking into account the geographical structure of that region, climate structure, environmental conditions and physical characteristics. And this is a big mistake. Since Japan is an earthquake zone, green areas should be built where more nations can congregate and take shelter, and because the population is high, these green areas should be wide and a construction where the nation can have fun and spend time.

Japanese engineers generally place metal plates while constructing the walls of buildings, allowing the entire building to move at the same time. This flexible structure prevents the building from collapsing. Apart from this, the use of liquids as a buffer while constructing the buildings reduces the intensity of the earthquake by flowing in the opposite direction of the shaking during the earthquake. The construction of the shelter we have chosen in this way is very safe in all respects. At the same time, a seismic warning system can be installed that detects the earthquake seconds before. This system is crucial for people to take immediate steps to avoid the risk of explosion, such as moving away from windows and automatically shutting down the gas mains.
