It was just an ordinary day, I was getting ready for work as I was saying goodbye to my 2 dogs, my Golden Retriever, Kopi, and my Akita, Hachiko. But suddenly, I heard a loud bang. I thought it was just the garbage collector but he wasn't there. As I went to check it out my skin suddenly started burning so I went back inside to get an umbrella. I saw that it was just a bird getting its breakfast but the real mystery was, "Why was my skin burning up in the sun?"

I left for the doctor and called in sick at work. The doctor told me I must have had burns and my skin was delicate but I knew that wasn't the answer. I went back home and took a nap. I will never forget what happened next. When I woke up, I saw myself in the mirror with big sharp white fangs, I had sleek black hair and a cape. I was also very thirsty for........ BLOOD!

It was about 10:30 pm by the time I discovered this. Suddenly, I felt like I was going to pass out & I did. I regained consciousness at 8:00 am and I once again called in sick at work, got myself some coffee, and turned on the News. It said that last night at 11:00 pm there had already been 20 people murdered due to loss of blood in the middle of the street! It was extraordinary and unlikely but many murderers were killing people and they died from the loss of blood eventually but something was strange... 2 holes in the neck looked a bit like someone bit into their necks.

It is time to uncover another mystery!

I worked in a detective agency called 'You Talk, We Catch' and thought I would call my co-workers to tell them what was happening. They told me it was one of the hardest cases the agency had ever faced since the mysterious infection in 1990!

I went to work the next day and saw another 7 people die from loss of blood in the middle of the street again and this time I had a positive feeling I was the vampire because over the past week... I burned my skin in the sun, I was allergic to garlic & every night I had a thirst for blood!

I later on decided to watch "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" for fun. While watching I noticed how Remus Lupin was a werewolf and couldn't control his transformation. I felt exactly like him only I am a Vampire. Soon I decided to take a risk I had never taken before.

As I watched, I only noted what Remus Lupin had done. In the end, Lupin used his ability as a werewolf for good. (He died during the Battle of Hogwarts though. Very Sad :( ) I decided to try and copy him even if I am meant to stay in a haunted house for over 1 month.

I tried night after night but nothing happened it felt like I was going insane both in and out of the vampire world. My detective agency had no evidence yet, after all, it had been a long time since we faced the infection of 1990.

I then decided to practice my use of being a vampire for good like Lupin. I resisted my thirst for blood only for 3 days before it came over me. If you don't know what blood tastes like, it is strong and full of Iron. It also gave me bad breath once every few days. Soon after 3 weeks, of working, the detective agency hired some scientists to find out what was happening. Suddenly, after another 4 months of killing, I had powers I never had before...

I could shapeshift! I decided to try it out. I found out I could shapeshift into A black dog (labrador), a snake, a mouse, and the most common one, a bat. I then realized that when I shapeshift, I resisted the blood-sucking. But what happened next I could never forgive myself for. One day I noticed that I was human in the day but was a vampire at night.

So I was going for a walk in the street when suddenly, a lunatic man tried to attack me. It was a big scene as he carried a gun threatening anyone who would call the police to help me would die. I was able to take that risk and in the split second he shot the gun at me, I dodged as everyone else behind me did.

I did the same thing 4 times before something happened that I would never forgive myself for. I killed him. When he dropped the gun, without warning, I turned into a wolf, and with a swish of my claws, I killed him. The police found me as I ran away from the body and went into hiding. I was never myself again from that day.

I was on my 34th day in my survival in the woods and I had sucked the blood off animals for a living and I was able to make a decent life. I just thought of myself as an Animagus (An animagus is a person in Harry Potter that can shapeshift into one animal whenever they want) and that made me feel great because then I came up with a clever idea. Instead of killing and eating animals and sucking their blood, I took the biggest risk in my whole life that could end me up in solitary confinement or even worse, dissected!

Instead of killing and eating raw animals, I would appear in the form of my black dog in a specific way. You probably wouldn't understand. Let me make this easier, I would go to the front door of a cafe, sit there, and make my best impression of a dog in need of food, take the food, and move on to the next one.

After one month of doing this with the cafes, I started to think that I made friends with the owners. But in this next moment, I would never forgive myself. I was at the Bakery getting my sandwich like normal but after I got it, I -without warning myself- started lunging at the baker and hurt him. I knew that it caused a hairline fracture because my old job was as a surgeon in the hospital not far from here, as I tried to apologize I accidentally turned into my vampire self!

My skin was burning in the sun and many people started screaming and calling not only the police but the FBI, CIA, Area 51, and the Government! Boy was I in for it now. I had to think of something before I turned into ashes quickly! Suddenly, I had ten seconds left! -nine, eight- still not knowing what to do! -seven, six- I had to think of something! -four, three, two- I had an idea! -one- I quickly transformed into my black dog and ran away. No one noticed that I was passing by. I guess I had to spend the rest of my life in the woods.

All my plans have failed, I failed now if I go back to the city, the Government will get me for sure unless I make one last plan. Once I fully recover, I will have to go back into the city

but my dog form isn't safe anymore, after what happened at the Bakery I know it wasn't safe so instead I transformed it into my snake form. My mouse form would take me ages as it is small, the bat I would be most commonly recognized as a lot of people watched vampire movies. Let's face it, you also watched some. Also, yes reader, I am talking to you.

My snake form will keep me more stealthy and yet unrecognizable.

I am planning to do it at 10 pm the night I recover and break into the president's home! I will shapeshift in front of him and talk to him about who I am and what I will do to prevent myself from attacking anyone or anything. Hopefully, he will take me back to the city...

It took me 3 days to recover (no surprise there) and at 10 pm, everything went as planned. I used my ability as a snake and then once inside, I shifted into a mouse for good measure and then I shifted into the black dog, and I saw him. Sitting on his desk I am assuming that he was thinking about what he could do to kill me.

I took the risk and went into his office. He didn't notice me entering the room for about 3 minutes before I barked in the form of the black dog. The President jumped off his chair, and he saw me. There was no turning back now. I transformed into my real self and explained everything to the president. At first, he didn't believe me, but when I showed him that I could shapeshift, climb walls and even show him my burns from the sun, he decided to let me stay back in the city.

The president took me back to the city and even though I was a little rough from time to time, I still felt like I could be a good human or vampire or whatever the reader wants to call me right now. Soon, I turned myself into the detective agency and before they could kill me, I had to explain the entire story you just read and they let it slide... this time.

30 years later I turned 64 years old. I tried shapeshifting and climbing walls but nothing happened. I just found out that when you turn 64, you lose all senses as a vampire. That was okay because later on, I took on being an author and that was a fun experience. One of my fans asked me if I would be making a book on a vampire and I said "I don't see why not, I have just the story in mind" and that is the story you have just read.
