         <description><![CDATA[<p>I am a graduating student in the Early Childhood Education program, and this portfolio represents the growth, learning, and professional development I have experienced throughout my time in the program. Through coursework, placements, and hands-on learning, I have strengthened my understanding of child development, early learning environments, and the role of an educator in supporting young children and their families.</p><p><br/></p><p>In this portfolio, you will find evidence of how I have met the program’s key outcomes. These include my ability to build responsive and inclusive relationships with children and families, plan and implement play-based and developmentally appropriate curriculum, communicate effectively with others, and engage in reflective practice.
