1.        If I were you, I would try to talk with your boss and explain to her that you need help understanding your obligation at work. 
2.       What if you choose the better way to do that? Choose between email or phone communications. 
3.       Why don´t you use a to-do list (with a review from your boss) for at least the first or second week. 

If you want i can teach you some tecniques for your improve your productive skills.
