1. I would use Padlet during math as a warm up/exit ticket to do a quick check on how students are understanding some of the material.
2. This would be a great way for students to create thinking maps giving them more visuals. Plus it's an easy way to collect all of the students work right there to see any connections or misconceptions.
3. I also like it for group retell and predicting of a story because it allows for students to express their ideas freely. Then we can have conversation based around those ideas.
4. I never would have thought to use it for parent communication but I really like that idea. This way you can post about things you need for the classroom, volunteers, or even reminders.

Students could then use resources to organize into a timeline with videos, links, etc. I also liked the idea of using to create a central place for ongoing book reviews. Students could also link to videos made in another application (like animoto) if they had previously made a book preview, etc. for the book). I also like the idea of using Padlet to collect quick paperless exit tickets.

1. I was drawn to the KWL chart example. Teaching third grade, it is really important to activate prior knowledge, AND get an idea of misconceptions from the start. Having student share what they know and ask questions about what they wonder, or want to learn on a Padlet will ensure everyone has a voice and add interest.
2. I also liked the KWL example because it was about a blog! What a great Padlet use for students to post ideas and wonderings, and then have them respond to each other.
3. Padlet could be a great way to get feedback on a project of idea. As part of PBL, there needs to be a feedback piece and Padlet could be a great way to gather ideas for improvements, or celebrations.
