The #metoo movement have brought a lot of confusion between males and their actions towards having serious relationships and "consent videos" were a create as a solution for males to be less confused However, there is a doubt that the courts will not see a video consent as a real consideration in any way.
As for the fact that a women giving consent to having sexual intercourse through a video cannot be trusted since we never know if the women is actually giving consent by her own choice or by coercion.
