   1. All pathways: Put in supply order early/a semester early.

   1. STEAM: MD PLTW order for every semester as it's a semester course. Other courses have shared material.

   2. Digital Media: Need class set of cameras. digital printer, backgrounds, lights

   3. Culinary: Re-usable containers for classes and new fridge

1. Updating the purchasing procedure, updating our field trip policy, contracting with outside agencies to certify in CPR (medical).

2. Help to clarify the process to complete and clear our teaching credentials. Create a tracker or checklist.

3. Hear from other teachers that have completed their credential already and learn best practices from them. Know beforehand when/what summer programs are going to occur so teachers can better plan.

1. Highlight student successes, showcases, open to all students (CTE and non-CTE)

2. Start a club, having access to up to date and current equipment and resources, training

3. Time, cross-site and cross-district collaboration, resources, professional development field trips for teachers, shadowing teachers at other sites

1. Back to school night/open houses increases curiosity among parents. Communicating to parents. Discussing the CTE programs with counselors who discuss it with students/parents.

2. Showcases for projects. Local community events. Competitions. Student ambassadors can speak to underrepresented students and families.

3. Space/location for events. Compensation for staff. Assistance with planning large events. Translators.

2) Talk to counselors about add more females to STEAM classes. Bring in women in STEAM jobs to speak . Posters to advertise the program. Use AVID strategies in CTE, piggy back on what AVID is doing.
