         <description><![CDATA[<div>Every Bill which has passed the House of Representatives and the Senate must be presented to the President before it becomes a Law. If the President approves the Bill he shall sign it, if he doesn't approve it he shall return it. The only way it can become a Law after the President rejects it is if it's approved by two thirds of that House. </div>]]></description>
