Depression is Bank Failures,Revolution in Purchasing across the Board American Economic Policy with Europe,and also Drought Conditions led to the Great Depression.The purpose of the Great Depression was to contribute to Adolf Hitlers rise of power in Germany,and this sowed the seeds of the second World War.The people involved in the Great Depression was Franklin D.Roosevelt,Charles Coughlin,Huey P.Long,Fritz Kuhn,Elanor Roosevelt,Lorena Hickok,and Upton Sindair,also Francis Townsend.The everyday life during the Great Depression effected lots of Unemployment Boys and Girls ages 10-18 worked in Atticus if they were poor,but Atticus said everybody is poor.And everyone especially the Blacks are going thru segregation and racism.And because Tom Robinson had a trial for being accused of Raping Mayella Ewell.But the Jury convicted Tom.Even though Mayella and Bob Ewell were lying so Tom got convicted guilty.Tom tried running away but failed by getting shot and he died.So Bob tries to attack Atticus and the kids but the Mystery Man "Boo Radley" kills Bob,everyone beileves,but Heck Tate thinks Bob killed himself.Boo killed Bob Ewell under an oak tree.Boo saves the kids.My opinion on the movie is I like the movie because it talks about how life was hard back then.I would recommend this movie to kids who want to know about respect and being nice to each other (like to bad kids) Thumbs Robinson,and his daughter Elaine Robinson,and Aunts,Uncles,and many Cousins.Tom Robinson is famous for beating down dressers and working for people,and he used to work as a cotton machine worker.Tom helped people out.Something interesting to me is he worked alot.His place of death is Enfield Prison Farm.The Funeral Services are at First Purchase Church,Maycomb County,28743 at 5pm-8pm and Dinner boy named Cecil Jacobs scared the kids,but then later after Cecil scared Jem and Scout,they heard a mysterious sound coming after them.It was dark;And then they found at it wasn't Cecil so they kept going.But they saw a man in the streetlight.Scout felt someone breathing behind her neck,she turned and she luckily had a costume on with chicken-wire made in it.But then they found out it was Bob Ewell,Bob tried to kill and stab Scout.Bob grabbed Jem and tried to take Jem out of sight to his house.But the man of the dark side on Atticus's street came and saved the 2 kids.It was "Boo Radley".Boo stabbed Bob,supposingly.Boo saved the kids lives.Also the whole thing happened under a tree in the dark,at night.The event happened on October 31,and ended on the same night.It happened because Bob Ewell wanted revenge,because Atticus embarrassed Bob in court.So he tried to kill the kids.Bob gets killed by Boo and Boo saves them.In Conclusion Boo might come out and speak what that racism in the book was terrifying because Blacks got mistreated badly because of their skin.I bet it was harder back then than now.It's still racism because it's a lot of people/blacks are getting mistreated because they're black or white.And blacks were getting killed or seriously hurt.The white men/women are hitting the blacks,or calling us out our name.And about Tom Robinson's trial wasn't fair because he's black.So Tom died trying to escape even though Tom didn't do it.And I feel that racism is still going on today with cops and stuff.And I feel the whites shouldn't think they're our King.And some people hate gays or lesbians.Tom Robinson didn't deserve to get convicted for rape because he's black.Tom told the truth and he should've got a fair trial.It doesn't matter if your black or white as long as you treat people how you want to be treated.And everyone should be treated fairly no matter what you look like.Martin Luther King Jr. changed history and it halfly
