         <description><![CDATA[<p>PROBLEM</p><p>I sometimes feel streesed since I have too many responsabilities.</p><p>SOLUTION</p><p>I go for a walk for about 30 or 40 minutes three times a week. Also, I'm trying to go to bed at 11 p.m. on weekdays. I know "sleeping" should be a priority in my life.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>PROBLEM</p><p>I sometimes have the necessity to find a purpose in life and reconnect with myself.</p><p>SOLUTION</p><p>I'm doing two things:</p><p>a. Having short dialogues between God and me every day. (I'm not a religious person but it helps a lot)</p><p>b. Spending time in nature. I go for a walk along the Costa Verde and enjoy my own company. I do this at the weekend.</p>]]></description>
