⭐I’m gaining a better understanding of my students’ personalities and behavior after having interacted with their parents.

⭐How and what the students presented helped me gain more direction on how to best support their learning.

🙏It would help if the special subject learning evidences are compiled in a Gdrive or any similar form of assistance in documenting these for the 3-way conference.

1. It is heart-melting listening to the words of encouragement and pieces of advice from the parents to their children. It is not only the children who were listening intently but us as well. I love seeing the look on each child's face as they feel loved and supported by their parents.
2. It is a blessing to have all conferences done in two days while we held off classes. It gave us much time to prepare and be less tense. We were totally focused on the conferences now.
BONUS STAR: Praise God for a health break!

A WISH
It would have been better if we can have the conference for three days instead. Just so to give the HRTs more time to "breathe" and for the kids to have more minutes of "stardom". :P

⭐️ I feel blessed that I get to see the students’ parents and hear their messages too. So nice to see how supportive and loving they are to their child. It makes me want to do more for the students as well.

⭐️ So proud how the students lead their own presentation and how they looked in the eyes of their parents to listen to their words of encouragement and suggestions on how they can do better in class.

⭐ It's nice to get to know the families - how they interact and how the learners are at home. Appreciate the parents' partnership with us. They are very supportive and eager to take part in their child's learning journey. A lot of them, if not all, agreed to help their child work on their goals.

⭐ Parents acknowledged their children's strengths and let them know how much they value their efforts.

⭐ Most of the kids can elaborate on their work and not just read what they've written on the slides. A proof that they are able to retain what they've learned.
⭐ The main goal of the conference is to help the students reach their goals and the parents understood that. They gave practical ways on how the kids can improve and achieve their goals.

⭐ I enjoyed listening to my students as they share their goals and come up with ways to reach them. This has helped me know my students better.

⭐ I enjoyed seeing how much parents know their children. It is a joy to see that many are intentional with their child's progress.

1. I am personally grateful to meet the parents (and the entire family for some of the students) and hear from them their feedbacks, appreciation and questions as these give us inspiration, guidance and direction on how to help our students more and create a learning environment where everybody is an indispensable member.

2. I like the way the conference was orchestrated and delivered. The program flow particularly was specific, direct and smart.

A Wish

1. Perhaps a little longer talk time for parents and interval time for each meeting so we don't need to rush jumping in to the next schedule.

Overall, it was a great experience. :)

🌟 The children were able to share their learnings and goals well. When asked an additional question on how we can help them achieve their goals, most of them were able to give us an honest answer and communicated with us what would help them learn best.
🌟A lot of our goals are the same as their parent's goal for them. The parents appreciated the goals and suggestions we have for the kids and even asked how they can help with the suggestions at home.

💫WISH
2 longer breaks each day. It can be 30 minute break in the morning and 30 minute break in the afternoon?

1. Watching and listening as the children present and as the parents share how proud and happy they are for their kids, inspired and encouraged me more to be the teacher that these children deserve and continue to give the best for them.
The appreciation of the parents touched our hearts. It is true that the efforts and love we give to our students are seen and it is the Lord who will use people to remind us to continue what we are doing for His glory.

2. I did not expect to be sick on important days like these but I am thankful for the care and support of my partner. I praise God for her encouragement and hard work. <3

I wish that next time, the parents would get to see all the works of their kids in the classroom and have this conference face-to-face with my partner. =)

⭐️ I am thankful that the students were able to manage to lead their own presentation, and parents were surprised and amazed of their work. It is heart-melting to see and hear how parents are proud of their child and will give their full support and help to achieve their child's goals, and to become a better learner.

⭐️ Seeing the faces of these parents and hearing them say they appreciate the work and efforts of the teacher made me teary-eyed. It inspired me and encouraged me more to be used by God as a teacher who will continue to give the best for the learners.

⭐ It's always a pleasant experience meeting the families and witnessing how supportive the parents are to their kids and even to the teachers.

⭐ It's a blessing witnessing the kids getting all excited and happy presenting their achievements and goals to their parents. They were also very participative in brainstorming and coming up with practical steps on how to reach their goals. Almost all of the kids know how to do it already since they have already experienced it last year.

1. I am so amazed seeing how supportive parents are. They are not finding fault instead are eager to partner with teachers and school on how to help their kids progress in the coming units.

2. I am so surprised how Jericho D students leveled up in explaining to their parents their lesson highlights. Even though we did not get to practice our 3-way conference, they still spoke from their heart all the things that they have remembered doing in class.

1. Maybe we can know ask some Chinese Teachers to join us in the 3-way conference next conference so other parents who do not speak English very well can express more what is in their minds.

⭐️ Really happy I get to connect with the families in Cana D and also see how much the parents support their child's learning!

⭐️ Goal-setting went really well! Setting goals gave the learners a clearer picture of what they want and how they can become better.

1. I was amazed by how smart the Bethany pupils are. They were able to answer the questions in a meaningful way. Sometimes I wonder if they are only Grade 2 students or older kids already. 😊
2. The parents are very participative and appreciative. Some even offered to pray for us, teachers.

⭐️ Really blessed and fulfilling that I was able to hear the feedback and thoughts and parents from Cana A and how they are able to share how they want to support in helping to achieve their child's goals.

⭐️ The 3-way conference was such an eye opener for me to see the student's progress and their development. I am glad they are able to share their works to their parents. Glad I was still able to attend even if I was sick-- all by God's grace.

🙏 Hopefully get to experience the conference face to face soon and more practice for the students to have.
