She also provided context to the work with photocopied book the 'Kangaroo and Crocodile' by Bancroft. I can see how this could be implemented in the classroom from the launch to the reflection at the end. 
I feel that the video did not provide much value to the activity as the explanation of why the activity was being ran (curriculum/learning relevance) was lacking. It is also aimed at teachers rather than children at certain points.
I think this learning activity would be suitable for year 1s and could be enhanced further for the curriculum by looking at where these animals are found in Australia and using a map of Australia here.
