I have very low self confidence and self esteem. I am currently being scanned for mild personality disorder. I get this from both my mom and dad, but also because of bullying that I experienced throughout my life. I do not have very good coping strategies. I often self harm and I have tried to OD twice now. I ended up in the hospital both times. I have also visited the hospital because of very bad panic attacks. I visit my therapist once a month and take antidepressants/anxiety relievers. Over this past summer and in the beginning of the year I was doing very well, but my mental health is going down again. I also have very bad mood swings and I have a mood disorder. It is very hard to be motivated for school and work.
