1. What do you study?

I used to study Marketing at the Central University. That was my first profession. Currently I'm studying for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Santo Tomás University.

2. Why did you choose your career?

I used to dream with give different ideas to build brands. In that way, I'm Marketing professional. I studied at the Central University. After that, I decided to start working in the public sector. In that sense, the job required me to have an specific knowledge to train me for the new job. That is why, I decided to study Business Administration. This career is shorter than other careers. Also I had the opportunity to homologate some subjects of my previous profession.

3. What would you like to do after your graduation?

I would like to present many official entity tests to get a stable job. I would like to present my experience and knowledge. Also, I would like to travel to Europe and take a long vacations. I had dreamed to know Spain, know their culture and their food but now, my dream is to know each country from Europe.

4. What job would you like to have after your graduation? Why?

I would like to have a job related to managing a brand or a product of mass consumption. I would like to design a marketing plan and verify that everything related to it works enough in the company to achieve the goal.

5. What would be your ideal job?

My ideal job is related to a full home office job. I really want to get a job that allows me to travel around the world. I really hope to have that opportunity in my life, as the biggest dream I have is to travel and know different cultures without stress and worries.

6. What would be your salary expectation?

When I started to work I had earned the minimum salary because I did not have experience. However, my salary expectation would be up to 4'500.000 due that is my current salary. I would like to earn more money because I have two professions, a specialization and knowledge of English, Excel and other programs. Also I have a long experience in the sector.

In another hand, this profession is one of the best paid in the industry.

7. What are your strengths and weaknesses as an employee?

My strengths are:

I'm a punctual and committed person.
I really enjoy to be creative and have new ideas to achieve different goals.
I like to be willing to help in all areas.
I'm a proactive person.
I consider that I am faster person.

My weaknesses are:

Sometimes I do not like to ask for help.
I prefer to work alone.
I like to respect my free time.

8. What are the positive and negative aspects in your career?

As a positive aspect, I really like it vey much because this profession has a lot of job offers in different sectors of the economy. You have to understand the companies objective to correspond with good planning.

As a negative aspect, I consider that it is so important to evaluate the risks that the business plans have. Due the company's budget is committed as an investment and it has to make profits for the sponsors.
