Rocketbook allows teachers to place "beacons" (the orange triangles on the board) on a white board and anything within those beacons can be uploaded to the app. Students can download the app to their phone and instantly see pictures of the notes written on the board. This can help in many situations such as if a student were to miss class, if a student writes slow and the board is about to be erased, if a student isn't able to read the board well, etc. For my capstone professor this would be a very useful tool mainly because of how fast she writes. Pictures of the notes can also be edited by professors later on in case there are any errors in the notes. Overall, it's an incredibly effective note taking tool for teachers and students alike.

Grammarly checks your grammar, spelling, usage, and mechanics wherever you write. It can be used as an add on to Chrome to check google docs, or you can go directly to the website and copy paste an writing work onto the site. For my capstone course, there was a semester long statistical research paper that we had to make for a company of our choosing. In order to look professional, these reports have to be formatted a certain way and not have any grammatical mistakes. This would've been a great tool for our capstone class, but can also be useful anywhere in life.

Kami is a PDF editing tool useful especially in group projects. Students and teachers are able to add comments to the work in the shared document. Marking up the document is easy and the app is effectively a mixture between google docs and adobe acrobat reader. It also provides the user the ability to add voice and/or video comments on the document. This allows complex matters to be described in spoken instead of written word, which leads to a clearer understanding of the comment and what needs to be done.

A glog is an interactive poster with its own unique URL. On it, students can place text, images, 3D and VR elements, embedded video and audio, and links to outside sources. In my capstone course, the semester long project is wrapped up with a poster presentation to many members of the department. With this app, posters could've been presented online allowing more members of the department to come, as well as more clients for the projects. The posters would also be more interactive which in turn can lead to them being easier to follow. Part of using technology for meaningful learning is presenting information in creative and innovative ways, and this is a great resource for that.

Weebly is a great way to build a website. This can be used by teachers and students alike in many scenarios. Specifically for the aforementioned capstone course, students could use this as a way to present their findings to the client. Reading a 40 page PDF document with technical jargon can be mind numbing and this provides a new way to present the information. Many templates allow students to be very creative with the way they present their information.
