Who is eligible for the program in the first place?

Who is involved in this process and what documents are needed?

Can people whose lives are in danger inside Afghanistan do this?

Do ethnic and religious minorities have priority for entry?

Do those who cooperate with NATO and foreign forces have priority?

Is the priority given to people at risk or educated people?

2. Status of soldiers and refugees

Are former Afghan soldiers who cannot even get a visa included in the program?

Do people with higher education in Afghanistan (e.g. engineering) and refugees from Iran have a chance of entry?

Are residence documents such as census and plan valid for the action?

3. Number of admissions and quotas

Is it possible to accept more like 2021, even at personal expense?

How many people does it have capacity? 

 How many people are there for Iran and is there a possibility of increasing this number?

What is the entire process of accepting and reviewing applications?

Will someone who was smuggled into Iran and then obtained an Iranian visa from Afghanistan have a problem?

Is there a problem if several members of a family have filled out the form?

Achei muito importante a fala da Rezaine do Afeganistão. As novas portarias são uma enorme redução e limitação de acesso a vistos.

Além disso não dá para entender a portaria relativa aos haitianos! Já

tem suas redes de acolhida. Não precisam de casas de acolhida ou instituições conveniadas para acolher!

Este processo é muito positivo e necessário. Como alguém que vive no Irã e conhece de perto as dificuldades enfrentadas aqui, acredito que essa organização, no futuro, deve priorizar certos critérios ao conceder vistos humanitários.

O mais importante é considerar a urgência e a gravidade da situação de cada solicitante, levando em conta:

Risco à vida e perseguição enfrentados no país de origem;

Condições educacionais e de trabalho, garantindo oportunidades para reconstruir a vida com dignidade;

Acesso a serviços básicos, como moradia, saúde e segurança nos países onde os solicitantes se encontram;

Um processo de resposta mais ágil e eficiente, especialmente para aqueles que estão em situações de desespero e vulnerabilidade extrema.

Espero que, com essas considerações, a assistência humanitária seja mais eficaz e alcance aqueles que realmente necessitam com rapidez e sensibilidade.
