I live in the city of Bogotá with my mother and my sister in an apartment that is located in a residential complex, which is located on the third floor of a fifteen-storey tower, the residential complex has green areas, playgrounds, soccer fields and basketball. The apartment where I live is spacious it has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room, it has six windows with views to the outside and a wide entrance door.

My day starts at five in the morning, I have breakfast at six thirty in the morning, I almost always have broth, fruit and eggs. I use public transportation to go to work. I have lunch around one in the afternoon, which is the time set for doing it at work. My lunch always includes salad, protein, and carbohydrates, accompanied with fruit juice or water. I return home around seven at night. I enjoy and value quality time with my family and I consider that at the end of a long day it is gratifying to be able to do so. At night I eat cookies with coffee or arepa and chocolate, I get ready to rest around ten at night. My weekends are dedicated to my family, my study topics and leisure time with my friends. I practice English infrequently, although from time to time I make the point of learning a little more.

My name is Valentina Arenas Corredor. I am single ocused on my personal and professional growth . I am from Villagomez Cundinamarca municipality known for being the earthly paradise of Cundinamarca .
I am a nineteen year old. I am an administrative assistant at a regional Sonria clinic.I am studying at UNAD. I live in the municipality of Pacho, Cundinamarca, land and capital of the oranges.
In my free time I attend dance classes, next to the Gym for routines that contribute to my health care, I also dedicate quality time to my family.

Speaking of my city/town:

- What are the main tourist places in your city or town?

The main tourist spots in my town are the lagoon, the church that was recently named nationally as one of the most beautiful in the country, the crystalline waterfall, Casa Loma viewpoint, and of course the Olympic village.

- What is the typical food of your city?

The typical food in my city is sancocho de gallina and tamale

- What are the main ingredients of typical food?

The food is prepared with foods that are cared for, cultivated and harvested by our peasants, which are potatoes, bananas, and cassava.

- What are the main celebrations in your city/town?

The main celebrations in my town are Mother's Day, Virgin Day, San Pedro, fairs and festivals, celebrations in the month of December.

- What do people do in those celebrations?

People usually travel to share with the family, do ecological walks, go to rivers, swimming pools, have barbecues, and play championships in some sport internally.

- What activities can visitors do in your city or town?

In my city, visitors can feel at home, enjoy a space full of tranquility and recreation with many activities in contact with nature.
